upgraded room was pretty and the view was cool. Good location and beach was well accessible. Clean atmosphere and property
uncomfortable and ugly room at first. felt like we were at a camp. beach sundbeds were not free and there weren’t any beach showers. beach bar was also not the expected level.

Paid extra to have a side sea view but when we arrived they said we couldn’t have that room until the following day because it was double booked. Front desk made it seem as if it was my fault. Gave us the free breakfast and it was absolutely awful. Same food from previous day was served.. little to no options, will never stay here again.

We had a room on the first floor, but just above the bar. Nobody went there much, but there was music like Zoo York (feat. Fivio Foreign & Pop Smoke) playing all day. There were sunbeds for hotel guests for a fee of 10 euros/2 persons. The rule that if you eat/drink something at the bar then the sunbeds are free was not available there, so every day we went to the surrounding restaurants and use their sunbeds on the beach for free. The advantage of the hotel on the beach was over. I have been to Agia Marina several times and now I was disappointed. The experience from other accommodation similar quality was better

Location, right in front of the beach. Close to the bus stop and many nice restaurants around. The room was quite clean.
The room has no sound insulation. You wake up at night when other guests come after some drinks, or you can hear the whole conversation of the room next to yours.
The staff didn't take responsibility if other guests disturb your peace with continuos noise, specially late at night (there was a group of 20 loud teenagers for a week). The only answers we got from the reception was "We cannot do anything"

It has a great location, the rooms are very clean and cozy, the staff is very caring and supportive. Special thanks to George for making our rest at beach the most comfortable! The beach is just 20meters away.

CHC Atlantida Mare is very close to the beach, where you can have sunbeds and a beach bar. The rooms are big and are cleaning them every day. The view is beautiful and the personnel is very kind and helpful.

Everything was just perfect, from the location to the room. The hotel is located right on the beach and the main strip near restaurants, bars and shops. The room was very cleaned and with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Thank you so much for all your interest during our stay

The room was clean and spacious, kitchen well equipped. There was very good wifi inside the room but also at the beach. There was a nice hotel restaurant, with delicious food and drinks. Apartments were located next to the beach but also next to restaurants, souvenir shops, and caffeeterias. I recommend this place.

- our room location
- even though we didn't choose a room with sea view, we were surprised that we could see it from our terrace or window.
- the room had lot of space and it was beautifully designed.
- we had even more household appliances then we expected (like ironing, dryer etc)
- staff was helpful and professional
- they also organize different trip to popular locations in Crete.
- internet was good
- because there was no one coming to our room in the check-out day, we could overstay and leave whenever we wanted.
The only inconvenience we had was with the overfreezing fridge, but it wasn't that much of a fuss.
