Le personnel est aux petits soins et plein de bonnes attentions pour rendre le séjour inoubliable. Les chambres offrent un confort rarement retrouvé ailleurs et une vue à couper le souffle sur la côte ouest de l’île. Le restaurant de l’hôtel a également à très bon rapport qualité-prix.
Un accès direct à la plage à pied, et aux plus belles plages de l’île (Secret Beach à pied, Salaad Beach et Maé Haad Beach à quelques minutes de voiture).

Mooie locatie, we hadden een bungalow die uitkijkt op de zee. Hele behulpzame dames aan de receptie, en vriendelijk personeel in het restaurant. Vlak bij restaurantjes en aanverwanten.
Het management kan beter. Het resort heeft veel potentieel maar voor de prijs die we betaalden mag het echt wel wat meer zijn. De kamers waren niet echt proper (stof onder de kasten en bed, vergeelde lakens,...), veel mankementjes die niet hersteld werden, het strand lag er verwaarloosd bij). Het ontbijt bestond uit 1 gerecht dat je van de kaart mocht kiezen maar voor iemand die graag stevig ontbijt is dat echt onvoldoende.
Ik verwachtte voor het geld dat we betaalden toch wat meer service.

The rooms are gorgeous and we had a fantastic view right on the sea. It felt secluded but also we could get whatever we needed. The attention to detail was incredible - 6 bottles of water a day, fresh fruit everyday, all the bug spray you could ask for, a wonderful breakfast with your choice of Thai or continental dishes, beach bags filled with all the necessities for enjoying a day on the beach - all included in the price of the room. Above all the staff were plentiful and very, very kind and helpful. Would absolutely recommend to everyone and if we have the chance to return, we will.

Petite structure décorée avec goût. Piscine avec une vue incroyable sur la baie. Nichée dans un beau jardin notre bungalow en bordure de mer était très confortable. Petit déjeuner remarquable avec des jus de fruits différents chaque jour (jamais vu lors de mes différents voyages en Asie). Repas excellents (sticky rice incroyable) Quand aux managers et aux personnels ils sont d'une grande gentillesse.😄
Hôtel près de commerces et de petits restaurants de plage. Belle plage calme et authentique, baignable même à marée basse.

The owner was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to help us. The room was as very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were great. definitely recommend.

A nice place! Very friendly reception host and her colleagues! Very helpful in, among other things, your search for tickets for the boat, taxi and trips. Very clean and spacious rooms. A welcome plate of fruit. A spray for mosquitoes is also supplied free of charge. A great swimming pool. Highly recommended. Thanx Zama!!

Lovely deserted beach. Excellent service.
We would have preferred a room with big sliding doors onto balcony. We were in room 20 and the walls between us and 19 were very thin. And balcony not private.

Hotel is really cute. The staff was so nice and friendly. They helped you with everything like booking tours for you or organizing shuttles and taxis. The staff made you feel like you were staying with friends.

Family led hotel with personal touch and a lot of charm. The couple who owns the hotel is very present and there is a warm atmosphere. We had a bungalow in the first row looking over the ocean. it was super quiet and the view was magic. Very comfortable bed, spacious, simple bathroom, everything super clean. The breakfast is a la carte but you can order as much as you want and it lasts all day!!! The other food is very good too so we ate there a lot, also because the terrace is super nice.
Nothing to complain about. But you need to know that the hotel is on a hill, so you get some exercise going up and down to your room.

We absolutely adored staying here, the staff (Wei, Yan, the Waiting staff to the cleaning staff, everyone are so friendly and we can’t wait to go back. 10/10. Beautiful room to the settings and the views, couldn’t do enough for us. Highly recommend. and the food is so tasty and they make a great cocktail!

Zama is so far our favourite place we have stayed on our travels in Thailand. The owner Wii was so friendly and kind and really looked after us, and truly went the extra mile! The breakfast was incredible and so far the best cup of tea I have had!
It’s a sweet and very comfortable place with a lovely pool and view over looking the ocean. The owners helped us book Muay Thai fight tickets and helped us a lot with our ongoing journey.
It’s a short walk to Secret beach which is stunning and not too busy and an amazing restaurant. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Resort is really great, staff is incredibly nice and will do everything to make you feel good there. We were travelling with a small kid and it made all the difference that we got the baby cot and there were kids chairs in restaurant. Breakfast is delicious, rooms are very comfortable and clean. View from the pool and the bungalow is amazing.
The beach near the hotel is not the best one, but you can drive for a few minutes to better one :)

the owner of this place is undoubtedly the heart of the resort. she is amazing, funny and cares a lot. she asked us each and every morning how’s the stay so far and if we need anything more. she made our stay memorable!

WOW! What is not to like about this hotel. The whole vibe is amazing, from views, to rooms, to jungle feel getting to your rooms, pool, and amazingly friendly staff. Every inch of this place is heaven. The best part is breakfast was included and you could eat it at any time between 9-5pm. The hotel also arranged everything for us, before, during, and even after our stay.

Everything about this magical place! But especially the stuff, and the owner-Wee.. She helped us with anything that we've asked for. She is so kind and willing to help and share her knowledge. We will definitely be there again! The sunset in this resort is one of the best we've seen! And the service exceed our expectations!
