Well located to the ferry stop. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was basic but OK. The beds were not so comfortable but was fine for one night stop over. Bus tickets to train station for our onward journey could be purchased at reception and again, the bus stop was only 50mts from hotel. Fantastic breakfast with everything you could imagine.

The location of the hotel is the main selling point. It's very central and offers an amazing view of the lake. Beautiful sunset & sunrise experience which was incredible.
Breakfast was good, a little bit of everything, not vast options, but good for 3* hotel.
Although the parking wasn't provided by the hotel itself, we were advised on the options around (free and paid for) which was helpful.
The location is very walkable, it's 5 minutes to the central square with all the shops and restaurants and boats. Same to all the beaches (there is a small beach just outside, but if you want a bit more space and to be a bit further away from the road there're options nearby). Close to Sirmione (20 mins by car), and a 40 min car ride to Verona, which was great.
There is NO FRIDGE in the room. Not even talking about a minibar, there is not even just an empty fridge to cool drinks or food (we had yoghurts which we brought but weren't able to store properly). There's no cutlery or glasses in the room either, but we were able to get some from the bar downstairs.
The aircon was quite old and wasn't warking properly, the temperature you chose on the remote didn't matter, it was either going to cool the room significantly when the chosen temperature was 24 or heat it when it was 25. So not great.
Although the staff were friendly, they didn't help us with luggage on our way in - the man watched from the building as we struggled with the bags.
There were some rooms which weren't renovated and some that were. We weren't lucky and got the old room which looked tired and worn out. However, perhaps that won't be an issue soon once all of them are done. Check pictures before booking if you want a renovated room.

the location was superb and the bed was very comfortable . the mgmt was super helpful for anything one needed . there is a little beach right across the street that has chairs and boats . we will return for sure !!
breakfast only started after 7 so a coffee maker or kettle in the room for those waking to watch the sunrise or early risers would be very helpful. tried waking to the center to find a place for a coffee no luck. everything else was perfect but I highly recommend to mgmt to get in room coffee and kettles

The staff was very friendly and useful! The location of this hotel is great too - good restaurants and the center in walking distance. Close to the train station to so it is really easy to go for some day trips too. A big plus was that we did not need to use the AC and our room still had a nice temperature even though it was pretty warm outside.
Our double bed was just 2 beds joined together so I often woke up in the gap between when it moved during the night. Also, it was a bit noisy - our room was at the first floor and we could hear literally every person going up or down the stairs or taking the shower.

We liked the modern style of the room with the very large and very comfortable bed, making it cozy and comfortable for a small and young family,(we were two adults and a child).
The stay was very relaxing...unfortunately I was unable to take any photos as it was very late and we were tired from the trip when we checked in!
I really appreciated the breakfast area, very rich in typically Italian options with a beautiful view of Lake Garda..
The staff is of a unique kindness always ready to help at any occasion even for small information on the local town.
The hotel is located just two minutes walk outside the pedestrian area, which helps in check-in and check-out and for visiting Desenzano.. I would say it is a perfect location if you are looking for relaxation outside the crowded and full of downtown life..
Yes we really enjoyed it and will take it as first option in our next visit to lake Garda.

Wonderful staff! The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever had! Amazing breakfast, with choices for everybody. Beautiful views of the lake from our balcony and a killer terrazza on top of the hotel.

It was a lovely clean room overlooking a courtyard.
Location was lovely overlooking the lake with small pebbled beach in front. Easy access to everything Lovely area.
Would have liked a lake view room which I understood was agreed but wasn't available when we arrived

Great location on the shore of the lake, breakfast had a good selection.
Very dated rooms in need to decoration and new bathrooms, air con was not switched on as it was ‘out of season’ but still very warm overnight. Double room was two single beds pushed together, very uncomfortable and constantly sliding apart, mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. Staff at reception did the bare minimum when checking in, didn’t tell us when breakfast was or give any details about the area - there was a car rally and parade the weekend we stayed right outside the hotel but this was not mentioned.

lovely hotel overlooking the lake close to the center and all restaurants and the boat taxis the hotel was absolutely spotless clean and the staff were so helpful definitely worth getting a balcony for the view of the lake breakfast was gorgeous with plenty of choice cleaners were in our room every day with fresh towels I would highly recommend this hotel

A perfect location facing the lake with a balcony view, a veranda seating area outside and a sunroof. The staff were extremely helpful in sorting out any issues and providing information. The breakfast was magnificent, with a good range of cooked, continental and fresh food. The quality of bread, pastries and fruit was outstanding.
The electric and plug sockets need upgrading in the bedroom. Some local information would be helpful, especially in relation to local transport, boat trips and local restaurants and bars.

Excellent staff, good breakfast and nice facilities. We got a room with a view over the lake. The balconies were good sized with two chairs and a table. The bed was nice and the fourth floor roof access was brilliant.
TV in the room was on the smaller size and not smart. Also it would have been nice to have a more comfy chair in the room.

Excellent and friendly staff, clean rooms and a perfect location by the lakeside. Great for celiac travellers as gluten free breakfasts were provided with great care for cross contamination.

Right on the edge of the Lake, our room had a balcony which also looked over the Lake and the sunrise was beautiful. (Daughters had a room in another part of the hotel which had no view). Great location, 5 minutes from the harbour and centre with all the restaurants. Lovely smelling complimentary toiletries included in the room! Nice continental breakfast.

Very central location just a few minutes walk from the centre of town and 20 minutes walk to train station. Fab view of the lake from the balcony so well worth paying extra for a front room. Staff very helpful and breakfast was lovely with wide choice including lots of fresh fruit. There is a great terrace on the roof with sun loungers and a little pebble beach across the road.
There is a loud bar next door but soundproofing is really good so you can't hear noise in the room. No fridge or kettle in room which is unusual.
