The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and well equiped. Breakfast was ample and good for non meat eaters.
A bedside light for the bed furtherest from the window and more towel rails /hooks in the bathroom would be handy.
Quite a jump in price between Sunday - Tuesday and Monday - Wednesday which we needed to change to.

Room was small and we had two twin beds. Unacceptable. Parking is a nighmare.

This was a very smart and clean property. Mark, the manager was friendly, kind and welcoming. We had a lovely time staying here, in such a great location with great places to have dinner nearby in walking distance. I would stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone staying here too.

Lovely place, very friendly host Derek, excellent room. We expected continental breakfast, but it was really good with different choices. Bus stop is just near by, so easy to get to Oxford center.
Hope to come back in spring.

STAFF VERY FRIENDLY WITH MARK AND SUE, EXTREMELY KIND, POLITE AND WELCOMING. ALL GLORY TO GOD. AMEN.
SOME LITTLE DETAILS WITH ARRANGEMENT OF SPACE -WHICH COULD BE BETTER- AND REPLACEMENT OF BROKEN HOOK FOR CLOTHES IN BATHROOM..

The manager was very welcoming. The location is good in terms of proximity to Oxford Parkway and access by bus or taxi to the city is easy and regular.
The amenities in the room are a little dated.

Just the right location for me, AND WITH PARKING! hard to get a better place near the bus routes to the centre and easy access by car.
Nothing - for the price it was excellent - a good-enough room for the night with a good breakfast - what is there not to like!

staff very helpful and Mark particularly helpful and friendly
bedroom furniture rather tired and carpets could do with cleaning/replacing. The en suite also could do with updating . Door handles and closures needed replacing
