Vista del cañón, puente y plazas. Hay demasiado turismo durante el día, bien en las noches y mañanas.

Necesita otro contenedor para basura. Tamaño de su jabón es demasiado pequeño. Comida en el restauran faltaba calidad.

The staff was nice, bathroom was nice too. The view from the restaurant terrace was beautiful. We would have appreciated a free upgrade to a rooms with view, taking into account that there were available.

The room was decent for a 3*, far away from a 4* hotel. The room was small and the furniture was very simple and insufficient. The blanket was burnt with the cigarette.

A személyzet alig tudott angolul , nem voltak segitőkészek, nem működött a széf, nem volt távirányító a légkondicionálóhoz,nem volt pohár a szobában és amikor erre rá kérdeztünk megvonták a vállukat és azt mondták ez van!

The views! From the restaurant awesome views of the bridge. From my room equally awesome views! Great food and service in the restaurant!

The one room used had an exceptional view, the other no. But that was fine.

There were two hairdryers in our bathroom, unfortunately neither of them worked.

Look out the window & the gorge is your view, what a thrill! Fun to eat in the restaurant which is in the same location.

Restaurant food wasn't great but view is worth it. Room small.

reception bit grumpy when we arrived, other staff were fine. breakfast not so good, guy more intent on setting tables for lunch. Poor pre-made coffee n tea. he should be doing these fresh - it would make a difference

Location, location, location! Cannot beat the stunning views from your room if you book the bridge/gorge view room. Worth the additional upcharge for us. Breakfast in the restaurant from 08:00-10:00 for €8.50 has decent variety and good value. Grab a window seat for the view.

Rooms are small, dated and could use a refresh. The bathroom was updated with a modern shower. Cramped space made worse with a what I assumed was a bidet. I love European bathroom bidets (and know how to use them properly). This unit was shaped like a bidet, but had a totally useless sink faucet. Yes, sink faucet! The nozzle pointed down as if to wash your tiny hands? Nope, not a urinal either. Took up way too much room in an already cramped bathroom. Shelving for your toiletries would be appreciated as well as a hot pot for tea/coffee. Depending on who is at the front desk, you may not have an English speaking host, which may prove difficult for the traveler if not fluent in Spanish.

The only good thing was the location! Very poor quality of the service, no one speaks English which is not acceptable for a place with so many tourists! Bad quality of the food for the money we paid! Room was not good enough and I will never recommend this property! Sorry!

Good location. Next to Nuevo Bridge. Easily walkable from bus terminal and train station of Renfe. Friendly staff. My check-in time was after 11pm, but staff was so friendly. Room was clean.

View from city view room was so-so.

Magnificent view of the gorge from our balcony. The staff were helpful and polite. Parking was available in a secure place and you could drop off bags outside the hotel. Great, central location.

Breakfast was disappointing especially the coffee, which was undrinkable. Orange juice was great, cold meats and cheeses fine, but a decent coffee is necessary for a good breakfast, freshly made cappuccino would have made all the difference!
