Prima ontbijt en zeer toegangkelijk personeel die je aan alle kant wil helpen. Goeie kamer met mooi balkon met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen
Een restaurant direct naast het hotel zorgt er voor dat je geen BOB hoeft te zijn om weer in je hotel te komen.
Prima menukaart met betaalbare gerechten.
Af en toe een volksmuziekje erbij maakt het compleet.
Bank om te pinnen direkt naast de deur en zelfs een kopje koffie bij de bakker...Hoe makkelijk wil je het nog hebben?
Zeepdispencer boven onze wastafel op kamer 102 was in hoogte 3 cm van de wastafel af zodat je net of net niet met je handen er tussen kon om de zeep op te vangen.
Tv op de kamer staat dusdaig rechts van het bed dat je een stijve nek krijgt van het extreem naar rechts kijken.

Breakfast was fantastic. Location was super convenient to Eagle's Nest, Salzburg, and Konigssee. Staff was super friendly and helped with late arrival. Great restaurant next door. We would stay again!
Not the hotel's fault, but too many smokers on the balconies mean the windows must remain closed. Close to the road and rail, so a little noisy, but these were minor complaints.

Everything was beyond our expectations. The rooms were really clean, staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was something we looked foward to every day. Also next to the hotel there is a nice restaurant with good food. We also had a nice view from the balcony.

The staff wear the traditional Bavarian dress, which is a nice touch of culture and very beautiful. The building has flowers in the window ledges, another typical Bavarian design.

The hotel is located right on a major highway with constant traffic flow. The balcony overlooked a large beer garden with loud customers until almost midnight.

The location was great. The staff in general was friendly, especially the young man who welcomed us for check-in was helpful and warm-hearted, a truly professional.
