Good price for the location

Bed was squeaky

Location - close proximity to the heart of Monaco but without the price tag. Easy walking distance to my friend's place near Larvotto beach. It was fairly basic but I wasn't expecting it to be luxurious. Good room facilities - kitchenette, fridge etc.

Great reception staff!

Rooms were far bigger than expected - especially for being in the city. Location was perfect for Monaco. Balcony was double the standard size, with a sea view (100% unexpected).

Really quiet area apart from one night when there was a crane working late into the night on the street outside (nothing to do with the hotel and typical for anywhere in this area to do road works at night!)

The shower should be fixed and there should be Housekeeping service after 3 days at least if guests stay for 5 days. Otherwise, all was perfect. Im happy during my stay there.

The fact that you have to pay to get your room clean and. Have new towels and sheets . That’s not on

The garden at the back of the hotel was nice , with the access directly from the terrace

Location was excellent as it was a 5 min walk to the bus stop to go into Monaco Harbour and the staff were very helpful and friendly

The room could have had something more comfortable to sit on and the breakfast was expensive.

Nice apartment, kitchen with all tools you need. Great location. All staff welcoming, informative. Was not disturbed while at apartment. nice balcony. Swipe card for all hour entrance.

Good location

Bad smell, had to buy air fresheners. Whole hotel could really use an upgrade,

+ easy underground parking (even though not free) + nice spacious apartment + right at the border with Monaco

- a personal request was neglected, not even answered (a 'no, sorry, we can't do that, because ...' is also an answer!) -- wifi was very bad --- whereas personal communication failed, we keep on being spammed with al kinds of unwanted commercial messages ...

Perfect position Hot room

Strategic location within walking distance of all the key Monaco amenities, only about 15 min. walk from the train station. Squeaky-clean facilities including fridge, cooking stove, MW oven and water heater. Unbeatable value for the money.

No shortcomings to comment on.
