Good location for diving

Staff didn’t allow us upgrade and said its fully booked since the owner will be there and we checked at booking.com its still available.

The location was amazing, the room was very big and up to expectations. The staff was lovely, and the dive instructor was amazing, showing us the beautiful underwater world of Tulamben.

Fantastic location, lovely views

A lot of young staff who seemed to spend most of their time on their phones in groups alongside the rooms. They often just walked past things that needed doing eg empty beer bottles and crockery left poolside for over a day, with multiple staff walking straight past them many times.

Good location, and cozy atmosphere! convenient to USAT liberty dive site.

It would be more fantastic if there is more diversity of food choice .

Other than the allergen that forced us to sleep outside the room, we liked nearly everything. The room was spacious with plenty of places to put dive gear. The bed was large. The hotel grounds were beautiful. It's located only 3 minutes walking distance from one of the most famous dive sites in the world. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom had mold in it and there was dust on the ceiling fan. When we went to bed at night we both had an allergic reaction, perhaps from these things, or perhaps from mold or dust within the air conditioning system, it's hard to say what caused it, but when we went outside the allergic reaction stopped within 10 minutes. The allergy was very similar to a cat allergy, lots of mucus, sneezing, scratchy throat, red eyes. I didn't find any cat hair on the bed sheets though, the bed sheets looked clean. It's a pity because I really like the place and the people that work there were very nice and tried to find a solution for us. However, because of the poor sleep and allergen, I ended up getting a lung injury while diving and had to end my dive trip and go home less than half way through the trip.
