Strategic location to visit Plitvice National Park, as walking distance to Entrance P3, where you can activate your park tickets. Close to viewpoint 6, which is the best viewpoint, thus allowing us go there repeatedly at different times of a day. Very friendly host who gave us kind reminders and advice to purchase park tickets online. The triple room was clean and spacious. It was actually better than photos shown online.

the property has excellent facilities, very clean and looks very up to date.

the location is high up in the mountains, and the drive there is a one lane road, so opposing traffic can be a distress for non experienced drivers when having to slow down to accommodate opposing traffic.

Clean, comfortable accommodation in a lovely setting. It is located near entrance 3 to the National Park. Daniella was super friendly and gave us very good tips and advice on exploring the viewpoints and the lakes. We had a delicious homecooked traditional dinner with very generous portions. We can highly recommend Pansion Breza.

It is a cash only establishment, which is rather inconvenient.

We loved everything at Pension Breza. The owners, especially Danjella, were very hepful & any extra request was always fulfilled. Their place is set in a beautiful quiet spot with spectacukar scenery all around. The evening meals are fantastic. This is one of the nicest experiences we have had on our 5 week trip around parts of Europe. I cant recommend Pension Breza highly enough.

Perfect Location, best access to the park, great recommendations for a hike through the forest the views of the upper lakes from above. Very friendly hosts, food was delicious. would highly recommend!

Delightful stay. The pictures do not capture the beautiful grounds and farm setting. In our view the best location in Plitvice Selo. Food was generous and delicious. As others said the ability to prepare lunch was most appreciated during the hike through the park. Buying park pass on online for either entrance 1 or 2 is a must so that entrance 3 can be used. It is a short drive from the Pansion with plenty of parking - save the walking for the park. Host family makes sure all guests are well cared for. So glad we chose Pansion Breza.

Having to leave

The staff were nice and friendly and the portion sizes in the restaurant are massive! You’ll be very full after the 4 course meal every day.

The room was noisy due to a large family in the same chalet.

It is a lovely place that is being run by a very nice family. Te food is very good.

Exceptional stay here...everything exceeded our expectations. Modern facilities in the separate guesthouse, fabulous food for dinner and breakfast. Best dinner and breakfast for our 5 weeks away. Great caring hosts....hit a pothole on the way in and Dad took the spare into his mechanic and replaced the tire for us so we could make it to the Zagreb airport without having to spoil our stay. The Plitvice lakes were well worth the visit too....Hope to come back someday!!!!!!!!

The location is great: it's in the heart of the national park, although very quiet. I didn't call to pick me up, so I went all the way from the bus station on foot (it was a very beautiful route, actually, so I have no regrets!). The food was very good (and I got it even when I overslept the dinner time!) and Daniela is an incredible person. She took care of everything and everyone (including cats and dogs), and I enjoyed talking to her about many things. I really want to come here again!

This is a wonderful place within a walking distances to Plitvice National Park. The rooms are very spacious and have everything that you need including a spacious private bathroom. The hosts are just wonderful. Excellent value for your money

Breakfast was superb - as previously stated the owners encourage you to make a packed lunch from the "leftovers" (of which there was plenty!). Good location for a visit to the National Park and very friendly staff (and cats).

The evening meal choice was limitied (although very tasty) and we had no idea how much it was costing. However, the final bill was very reasonable - but please be aware that the owners ask to be paid in cash. Also the road to the guest house had quite a few large pot holes that were difficult to avoid (not the owners fault I know!).

Located within the national park itself, Pension Breza is in quiet surroundings, but perfect to enter the Plitvice lakes by foot. The breakfast and dinner are amazing ( you can even take the remains of your breakfast along with you as lunch, and we got oliebollen :) )!

We liked absolutely everything, especially the welcoming hosts and their delicious homemade meals.One shouldn't miss out their supper!!!The chicken soup is definitely A MUST! Daniella and Natasha have thought about every small detail to make their guests feel like at home.At each breakfast table one will find new empty sandwich packs to make oneselves sandwiches or/and pack the fruits for the rest of the day or for the hiking trip in the park...I have never met such a caring approach to the guests ' needs! We would definitely recommend anyone who comes to this region,stay at this pansion.

I can't think about anything I didn't like,everything was just perfect!

Miriam and her family were some of the sweetest, most kind people my partner and I have met! Miriam prepared the most delicious vegetarian 3 course dinner upon our arrival and made the most DELICIOUS homemade croissants, doughnuts and omelettes for breakfast the next day. All of this was before Miriam took the time to show us the best route around Plitvice National Park to make the most of it, which we were very grateful for! Miriam took care of myself and my partner as though we were her own. 100% would recommend staying here, I didn’t want to leave!!

I loved everything about this place!

All provided meals were prepared on site, very high quality food included continental style breakfast, supper included such as fresh trout, fresh lamb, mixed grill and the best home made soup. All these topped off with local homemade desserts. Fresh fruit, tea and coffee. Our host Natasha even provided packed lunches for our day in the park. PERFECT.

There is absolutely NOTHING to add here, our host, the premises, the location were all perfect, our only downside is that we did not book longer than 2 nights here, WE SHOULD HAVE.......

The host was very helpful and welcoming. Food was extraordinary.
