The room was clean and comfortable and the location is just 15 mins walk to the historic centre of town, buffet continental breakfast was €9 each. Only downside was no one at reception until 3.00pm to 7.00pm so when we checked in we had to wait in a queue for about 25mins.

we were a bit disappointed with the room. so small the kitchen practically merges with the bed and the table is very small, hardly any space.

Nice location. But the air condition did not work and the pool is a lot smaller than it looks like in the photos. No cleaning during your stay. Breakfast alright not more.

The apartment was spacious,clean and everything you needed was there.Staff very friendly even let me put my motorbike in the locked downstairs garage free of charge.

Very poor choice of low quality food for breakfast, for the price it would be much better to go the one of excellent bakeries in La Rochelle. Also in a room for 4 there was only enough water to shower 2 people.

We had problems with the room. Could not help us in what we needed. The washing machines were very dirty.

The hotel was close to city center. Rooms are well equipped. Easy to find a place to park the car

We stayed for 6 nights over Christmas and it was fabulous. We had a small kitchen area and table in our room so we could make breakfast and simple meals - though a good buffet breakfast can be bought for €9. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, warm, clean and bright and we enjoyed use of the swimming pool on several occasions. Towels for the pool are available free of charge and there is also secure underground parking for €9 a night - though we parked for free right outside and didn’t use the car at all during our stay. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk to the aquarium and 20 minutes from the Vieux Port. There are some places to eat near the hotel but La Rochelle is full of amazing restaurants, cafes and bars and the walk along the sea wall looking at the 3 towers is breathtaking.

Our only problem was finding the hotel as the satnav kept taking us to a footbridge. We managed to find our way using Google maps on the phone.

Spacious and comfortable rooms located, located only five minutes walk from La Rochelle old port. Cheap and clean. Kind employees.

I was concerned this would be too far out of town, its not, walk to the end of the road and there is a little electric boat for a euro takes you across to the centre. It doesn't take that long to walk into town. The receptionist we dealt with Corrine was superb, very friendly and helpful, a pleasure to deal with. We only stayed one night but the facilities in the room would be very useful if you were staying longer

We only stayed one night if I was staying all week I would prefer a safe in the room.
