Location and our rooms view is perfect

Wasn’t able to get good nights sleep with the room next to me partying and fighting all night till 3am I called security but nothing happened so I’m done with you guys!👎

Front Desk y valent Parking super amables, excelente trato a cliente.
Area del Takito (restaurant en la alberca del hotel) solo, descuidado, meseros muy lentos, trato muy por debajo del promedio. ( No recuerdo el nombre).

Breakfast wasn't included. As for location it was great. The view from our room was expectacular.
The room needs alot of upgrades. We tried using one of the beds facing the beach when a security officer approached us and let us know we were to pay separately for it. I believe for the price we paid all amenities at hotel should be included

From beginning to end, entrance to exit, this resort experience was better than expected. Albeit not having enough time to enjoy all of the amenities, we still observed everything in great condition, safe and secure, and fun environment. The experience is pricey, especially the beer at the hotel, but other than that, it was one of the best travel experiences thus far.
The price of beer is steep.
