The hotel, serviice and the swimming pool were perfect.

For 5 stars category, the breakfast was incomplete.

The staff was very kind and helpful. There was no noise and the whole hotel was super clean.

The bathroom was not separated from the rest of the room which was a bit weird.

The hotel is beautiful, there are aesthetic parts that are very beautiful, it is clean and special praise for the maids who are always smiling and clean the room every day and change towels and other things, I liked the lobby of the hotel. Svidio mi se pristup na samoj prijavi uz vino dobrodošlice. I liked the welcome wine approach at check-in. He was a very nice guy who helps with things and people at the reception. I liked the man making the cocktails.

The big minus is the beach, which is rocky with large stones, it is impossible to enter the sea without cutting yourself. Every day we had to go to other beaches and only pay extra for that, which in the end was not worth it at all. Also, the waitresses and servants are in a very bad mood, they are not helpful and transmit bad energy. Credit to exceptions such as the two male waiters who were always smiling. In the evening, the hotel is very boring with no events, and the hotel is +20 km away from the first major city... In general, the food is not good either, because they try more for quantity than quality 🤷🏻‍♀️ All things considered, the hotel was certainly not worth the money and is not worth it. I think it deserves a lower rating.

Rooms are very good size, pool area is exceptional and the hotel is immaculately kept

Rooms are not soundproof. There is no nail or hair service as advertised on their booking listing. There is very loud music coming from a club about 2 km down the road and when I complained to the front desk they said there’s nothing they can do they also refused to make any adjustment to the rate for that night. They also told me that on their website it does not state soundproof or that they have nail and hair service, and put the blame all on booking.

Comfortable hotel facilities, area and rooms, excellent restaurant (chef, waiters) good swimming pool with view and loungers.

Beach/sea (stones, not so clean water as you could find in Greece). Gym does not always has filled-in water container.
