Extremely clean and the owners supplied a weeks' worth of dish liquid, a sponge, wipes, dish washer cleaner, shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath crystals, and lotion. The beds are very comfortable, and the shower is wonderful. We sat on the balcony nightly to relax and watch the amazing sunsets. Walkable to several excellent restaurants. The beach and pool were clean and there were ample beach supplies for us to us including beach towels and chairs. The owner checked in to ensure everything was going well which we really appreciated. No problems with noise from other guests.

Relaxing stay at beautiful Bella-Sol. The views are amazing from spacious balcony. Sunset are spectacular! The unit is so comfortable with everything that you might need for your stay. Management super helpful and the condo was well maintained.

Lovely, tastefully decorated, well equipped and perfectly located on one of the finest beaches in the world. Management is responsive, we had a minor issue that they jumped on and corrected the same day. Smaller building in comparison with some of the high rises in the neighborhood, slows the pace a bit. Great food in the immediate area. Most shopping needs within 10 minutes.

Very clean and beautiful condo. Our kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook including spices. The beds were very comfortable. The view was amazing and the outdoor furniture was very nice. The condo is also stocked with lots of beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. The sunsets were amazing! We will definitely stay at this condo again.

This property is exactly as pictured and described. Very comfortable, nicely decorated, very clean and had everything we needed. I especially appreciated the beach towels and gear set up at the entrance of the unit…very convenient and something not all owners provide so this was a perk. The complex was quiet and very well taken care of. Pool guy was there 3 times during the week to clean. Beach of course was beautiful. Love the entire area. Property Management (Seaside) professional, friendly, responsive. Check-in simple.

This condo had it all! The view was perfect- straight through to the gulf with NO obstructions from trees and greenery. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the remote control fans and lights in each room. My favorite part was the spacious kitchen where there were many pots and pans for cooking. We never ran out and always had enough to cook for our family of 4. There were also many spices and a few basic pantry items available which made it great for adding something to your grilling meats. The grill was charcoal, so we used the kitchen to make all of our food. We even enjoyed the wine left by the owners as a gift for our staying. It was such a treat to stay at Bella Sol!

The beds & living room furniture were super comfy. I especially loved beginning my days with morning coffee on the balcony with that gorgeous view and ending them with sunset happy hours! Lots of great restaurants in the area, easy drive to Tampa, Clearwater, and St Pete. My husband and I enjoyed the park across the street for tennis and it looks like there’s a community pickleball open play there as well. Sharon in the management office was very responsive and helpful. Love the Indian Rocks community, everyone was so nice. Will definitely be back!

We love the location. They were painting the property so management is keeping the property up. The locks for the beach, pool and restrooms need attention. We will rent here again.

We enjoyed our week. The condo was amazing! The only drawback was the living room furniture. It was not as pictured but it was new. The problem was that it was too low and the seats too deep for my 5’1”” body with bad knees!

This condo is so nice! Everything was very clean. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening drinks on the large deck sitting at the table or relaxing on the cushioned patio chairs. Wonderful view of the beach. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. Great place to stay!

Condo was spotless and a great layout. The view from the patio was priceless. Perfect location. You could walk to everything. Never needed to get into your car. One of the most relaxing vacations ever. The unit had everything you could imagine and then some. Can’t wait to go back.

We loved this condo and the location. Several restaurants within walking distance or an easy drive. Highly recommend Guppys and the Salt Rock Grill. There were lots of extras that were a nice touch - beach towels, water noodles (we used both), and many others, including chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen is well stocked, too. The beds and living room furniture were comfy. LOVED the balcony and the easy pool and beach access. It's seriously just a few steps away. We will definitely be back!

The unit was exactly how pictured, perfectly clean and equipped with everything we needed. The only thing we bought was an inflatable raft which we just left for the next vacationer. We were able to walk, and not use the rental car, to shops and restaurants and the nature preserve that was about 5 blocks south. The beds were comfortable and there were an abundance of bath towels and beach towels. The patio was very comfortable with the oversized chairs and the large dining table was perfect for our family of 4 to eat breakfast and dinner on. I cook one night a week and had everything I needed to cook BBQ chicken, fries and a vegetable. We usually stay in Perdido Key but I think IRB will be our new spot. We’ve never seen such beautiful sunsets and ocean water. This is a beautifully decorated unit and the little surprise the owners left us was greatly appreciated and consumed the first night 😉 The location of this unit is great as Clearwater is just a a few miles drive north and the furthest south we went was John’s Pass and that was about a 15 minute drive (speed limits are only 30mph). The beaches were quiet and not crowded at all.
