Das Appartement war wunderschön, Innenhof ein Traum, die Küche war toll ausgestattet
allerdings war es uns in 3 Nächten absolut nicht möglich zu schlafen. Eine Nacht sind wir sogar ins Auto gegangen weil unsere Nachbarn um 4 Uhr anfingen auf Portugiesisch (oder spanisch?) laut zu reden und sich im Anschluss entschieden haben Geschlechtsverkehr auszuüben. Wir lagen also 2 Std wach im Bett und mussten uns das laute Gestöhne sowie das Geknarre vom Bett antun bis wir ins Auto zum schlafen gegangen sind. Den Schlaf mittags nachholen war auch nicht möglich, da draußen der Wagen der reinigungskraft ständig irgendwo dran geknallt ist.
Am nächsten Morgen war's wenigstens 6:30 Uhr bis wir durch laute Unterhaltungen geweckt wurden. Wir waren auf jeden Fall froh, als wir nach 3 Nächten aus checken konnten. So wenig Schlaf hatten wir noch in keinem Urlaub und die drei Urlaubstage konnten wir streichen weil wir tagsüber einfach nur hundemüde waren. Wer also nicht zwingend Schlaf braucht, ist hier wunderbar aufgehoben.

Wonderful hosts. Owned by a kind and friendly family.
Great location if you have a car. Even without a car, it is possible to reach several beautiful beaches on foot or cheaply with Taxi, Uber or Bolt.
2 good supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. You can also buy pastries, bread and a coffee for breakfast.
Nicely styled rooms with bathroom.

This place is great for a stop over if you have a car. The rooms are very quiet and the beds are comfortable..
You have access to a commercial grade kitchen (which also has a charcol bbq) if you want to cook your own food and eat in a well-kept garden area.
There are good restaurants and bars nearby also.

What a fantastic property. The friendliest family hotel. Everything was perfect. Beautiful rooms off a terrace and a fully equipped kitchen to cook meals in if you so wish. Tables and chairs provided to eat on the terrace which was exceptional. Beaches and town within easy reach of you have a car. Within walking distance there's a few places to eat and drink, also a large supermarket. Well done to the owners. Definitely the place to stay.

EASILY a 3 (or maybe even 4) star property. Price was unbelievably affordable. Absolutely perfect, beautiful, modern design. HUGE “couples shower”, great heat & water pressure. Air Conditioning. Flat Screen TV, fridge in the room, gorgeous patio for socializing, MASSIVE fully-equipped kitchen for storing & preparing food. Very kind hosts, very secure property, with easy parking. This would be a great place to stay for a long term, IF you have a vehicle.
The ONLY downside to this place is location. Without a car (thankfully I had one), the center of town, & beaches are just too far to be practical (walking or using public transport). BUT, if this place were closer, it would probably be 3-5x the current price. So, it’s a trade-off.

I’m staying here third time, because location and guesthouse are awesome! Rooms are modern, shower is extremely great, communal kitchen is amazing, even didn’t went to restaurant, coz to cook on clean and well equipped kitchen is a bliss) staff is lovely people with cute dog) and of course, location!!!! very close to stunning beaches, walkable distance. Also that place have lovely garden and internet. Two shops with great selection of groceries is just around the corner! highly recommended!!!

The room, cleanliness, the outside kitchen and the sitting down area. The owner was very helpful when I asked him a desk to work. I like the spacious, kitchen dinner area.
The location is good but to get to Albufeira town it’s a bit of walk. Also it would be nice if there was tea and coffee made facility inside the room.

The rooms are all well laid out, the staff speak excellent English, there are kitchen facilities at the place, there are supermarkets and beaches within easy walking distance.
It was stated on booking.com that checkout was available from 8am but the reception area was locked so I had to leave the key in the room.
