Location was good. Breakfast service was quick and efficient. Staff friendly.

The room was in need of re-decorating and the standard of cleaning of the window sills and frames was poor. The toilet in the bathroom was positioned in such a way that it was difficult to actually sit on it! Approximately 18 - 20 inches from a wall. Quite ridiculous when it could be positioned through 90 degrees with plenty of room. Corridors in the hotel need re-decoration and repair to wall coverings.

My bacon and poached egg were not cooked enough for me so the fat was floppy on the bacon and the egg was snotty.

Room was a good size, comfortable bed and a good sized shower room.

The hotel itself is in serious need of a refurbishment or even just a decorative touch up! The hotel was clearly understaffed (Staff themselves were great), and this was made clear during breakfast time. Breakfast was underwhelming to say the least.
