PISCINA NÃO ESTAVA COM ASPECTO DE LIMPEZA, ESTAVA ESVERDEADA

A cama é muito boa, limpeza e café da manhã.

Piscina sem condições de uso, agua muito escura.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The first room they gave us was really small and old so we asked if they had a better one. The receptionist was so kind and showed us a couple of rooms and let us choose which one we wanted. The breakfast was very nice and had some very nice cake. The bed was quite comfortable and the pool looked quite nice as well.

It was quite evident that the room hadn´t been cleaned properly. There was left over soap in the shower and toothpaste left on the sink. Although the toilet seat had a sign saying that it had been cleaned, the rest of the toilet had stains which indicated that it hadn´t been cleaned for a while. During the night we woke up sneezing and that´s when we noticed that under the bed was covered in dust and old tissue. Plus the shower had a massive mold stain in the ceiling. So in summary the rooms need a bit taken care of, and an improvement in the cleaning service.

Affordable room rate, breakfast, cleanliness, etc.

Only the air conditioner was a bit noisy and I think it needs some cleaning. But on the whole we had a good stay.
