Beautiful views and everything was walkable. we didn’t rent a golf cart. The staff was really responsive and helpful! They help book a last minute sunset cruise!

Everything! Kind staff, comfortable and beautiful location and apartment, complete with anything one could need. My biggest compliment is the quantity and quality of the towels- many places there are never enough- not a problem here, including nice pool towels too! Great location, and the golf cart parking is secure too.

super convenient to the airport and down town. no issues with any noise and all suites look at the beautiful ocean front!

No real beach. But we knew that before booking.

Excellent guest service! They walked us up to the room and showed us around upon arrival and even scheduled our Covid tests when we were going back home.

I loved the view of the ocean and the room was very nice. The staff was very professional and did a great job. The grounds are lovely and we’ll kept as is the entire property.

We selected the location and very much appreciated the outstanding service of each staff member we encountered during our stay. Each person we interacted was kind, caring and respectful and had our best interests at all times.

No complaints, whatsoever. Of course, a breakfast included would be a nice added touch, but that may not have been possible at this time or at this facility.

It’s right on the water & has a great view. We came to dive the Blue Hole & Turneffe at Amigo Del Mar so it was perfect location for us as a young couple on a month long honeymoon. We started with Xanadu Resort which is South of the island which is more for families & older travelers. we came to Palms because it’s closer to town & walkable distance. You’re near the airport which is also walkable distance. There was a disturbance but the staff handled it with so much care. If you’re traveling alone or with family I would highly recommend this place.

the landscaping was immaculate and the staff was extremely accommodating and great to interact with. the view is great as well.

The Palms Oceanfront Suites located in the middle of the city San Pedro very nice and great helpful staff Miss Ana is always checking to see if we needed help and every one of them were helpful
