The villa was stunning - well appointed and classy without being over the top. I had booked the Romance on Arrival package, and it was just perfect. Kangaroos right outside the deck topped it off. Just perfect.

Location and host

For a peaceful getaway away from the hustle and bust of everyday life, this is the place to be. Very serene, tranquil and welcoming accommodation. Loved sitting on the deck with my morning cuppa in the sun, listening and watching the local wildlife.

The breakfast supplies were generous and the kitchen very well equipped. The views and wildlife were wonderful.

The roads were challenging due in part we realise to the excessive rainfall. The road signage not so good. A major issue was the very poor sound on the television. A change of towels and linen for longer stays would be appreciated.

brekki was beautiful coffee great,had everything you could want for brekki it was amazing cottage was fantastic fire was awesome omg the heated floor in the bathroom was amazing the cottage was exactly the same as the photo the sauna was great and the bed was great the massive lounge was great and that bathroom was just next level with that fantastic windows and glass door to the toilet masive shower 10plus

We stayed in the Ridge villa with it's private setting 360 views of glorious bushland this place is truly heaven on earth.

there was construction being done on a far part of the property which is totally understandable, but did ruin the beauty of the quietness throughout the days. Also very hard to get in and out, didn’t realise how rough it was, could have been a lot more difficult in my little hatchback, compared to a 4WD. Maybe a good warning would be good for others just incase.

Amazing location, beautifully decorated, breakfast items included, loads of wildlife, big flat screen tv and sound bar, personalised note and chocolate on arrival!

We stayed 3 nights in The Ridge. The hosts have pretty much thought of everything. Often there's not enough butter or sugar, but all these were considered, as well as a huge supply of candles, and plenty of toiletries - not tiny bottles. Also plenty of bath towels, so we could make good use of the spa bath. A full and well-stocked kitchen was really appreciated. And the robes were soooo cosy. The furnishings, privacy and the outlook were very special. I believe some of the other villas are newer and I think the design has been improved further, but The Ridge was quite lovely for us.

We found the mattress was a little wobbly when one of us moved, but generally comfortable. Also the (single) shower in The Ridge isn't as roomy as I would have liked, but you get distracted looking out the window in it. Have a bath instead!
