Great room with everything we needed. New bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Pool was fantastic and only a few steps from our room. Private terrace area. Beautiful gardens and our apartment was literally 3 minute walk away from the beach and restaurants. Then 13 mins walk up the hill to Plaka.

Nothing... whatever you asked Stuart for, he would get you... clean towels, a plaster, even brought us ice cold water ( complimentary) from the fridge in the reception area.

Very close to the beach and shops. Nice pool and beautiful backyard. Host was very nice and helpful.

I specifically booked a sea view apartment but got a different one that had no sea view, that sucked. Host said there was a double booking. Host referred me back to Booking.com

Beautiful hotel in beautiful Almerida. The hotel has a new owner, who is trying to improve the quality of customer service and he succeeds👍🏻 The staff is helpful and very kind. The hotel is only after a complete renovation, a new stylish swimming pool has been built, which is also open in the evening. The room was renovated and clean, fully equipped with lots of furniture. There is everything you need, a hairdryer, a kettle, a dryer, an equipped kitchen with various utensils, a dressing table, mosquito net on the windows and doors. Balcony is large and spacious with a good view. Good noise isolation, parking available. Very close to one of the best sandy beaches in Crete, suitable for both children and adults, and there are also stones behind the beach where there are a lot of fish and we went snorkeling. Ideal value for money💯 We will come back here with pleasure!

It would be great to open a pool bar

Excellent location close to beach and restaurants. Rooms were modern and cozy kitchenette and mini fridge and cable TV and AC included. property was beautiful and very clean, balconies have tables/ chairs and a place to hang laundry/ beach towels also has a beautiful back yard with loungers. The hostess was so nice and helpful. Would definitely go again!

owners were so kind and generous - small discount on arrival and they let me stay in the room well after check out as I had a late flight and there were no new guests immediately. lovely place will definitely return!
