You could hear the sound of the sea from the room. Very nice view over the sea, spacious room, very nice host, good breakfast, silence.

Superb location overlooking the wonderful extensive bay of Livadia. Maria was an amazing host; she was welcoming, very helpful and relaxed.

The atmosphere was very cozy, kinda felt like home. The lady who owns the place (Maria) is so welcoming, kind and helpful, always there for your every need. Our studio was super clean and fully equipped (especially the kitchen!) The view from our little balcony was also majestic! We totally recommend the place and we will for sure be visiting again very soon! Thank you so much Maria!

Maria was an amazing host, she was attentive, very helpful and gave me a lift to and from the port. My ferry was cancelled, but I wouldn't have known without her. The location was perfect as it stands alone on the other side of the bay from the town with fantastic views of Livadia. It is peaceful and fairly close to shops and amenities. The room had a great patio with views over Livadia and the sea. Tilos also has some great hiking trails.

The decor wouldn't win any design awards, but the rooms were very clean, well equipped and comfortable.

Quiet area of the bay with fantastic views

The room is clean, simple but really cute and has a marvelous sea-view and a small balcony with armchairs to enjoy it. Maria is a super nice, knowledgeable and courteous host; and her breakfast is delicious - plus, you can enjoy it on the patio while looking over the beautiful bay. As the centre of Livadia is a 20' walk away, the Marina area is super quiet at all times, zero traffic and perfect for relaxing after a day out, but also has a couple of small coves nearby if you want to do a quick swim. I really enjoyed my time here. :)
