The worst hotel I have ever stayed in I am talking about serious safety and salubrious issues We found several cockroaches, bugs and insects everywhere. Everything was instantly dirty. I even got stuck in the bathroom as the door knob broke. The photos on Booking DO NOT reflect reality. No hot water, low cold water pressure, toilet didn’t flush, no refrigerator, main door was poorly locking etc etc Stay away !

There is absolutely nothing to like and everything to dislike. We had booked 2 nights but we obviously left after the first night. We asked for at least a partial refund considering the conditions and the only response we got was “yeah cockroaches come from the kitchen below what can you do…”. My advice: do not eat at the restaurant below either …

The hotel was on the beach. Beautiful view of the ocean. within walking distance of anything you wanted to do. Staff was great.

The water pressure in the shower was very low and not much hot water. That was the only down side everything else was great

TV was hard to get internet. Had to reset it daily.

De plaatjes op Booking bevielen ons eigenlijk nog het meest. Het ligt centraal gelegen in San Pedro op enkele minuten wandelen van de ferry. Er is een restaurant waar je kunt ontbijten. De pancakes waren zalig. De laundry service is niet snel maar wel keurig en niet al te duur. Je kunt voor de deur op het strand liggen.

We hadden een deluxe kamer geboekt maar we vonden er weinig deluxe aan. Naast een gammel bed was er een bureau met 1 stoel, een airco, fan en eenvoudige douche en toilet. De safe is zo aangelegd dat je deze makkelijk open zou kunnen breken. Er is geen koelkast, geen koffie of thee machine, dus verhoudingsgewijs is het geen deluxe kamer en betaal je ook nog vrij veel geld voor deze kamer. We wilden dineren bij het restaurant maar omdat er een visfestival was en het hotel dit sponsorde gingen de gasten daarvan voor. Men geeft aan caddy's te verhuren, dat wordt via via gedaan. In ons geval was het niet mogelijk omdat diegene die dat regelt op vakantie was. Prijzen in het restaurant erg aan de dure kant. Betalen kon niet met mijn AMEX, terwijl ik het hotel hier wel mee kon betalen. Het water voor het hotel is veel begroeid met mos, waardoor je bijna niet kunt zwemmen. Al met al vonden we de informatie op Booking veel mooier dan het in werkelijkheid was

Lugar muy cerca a la playa, aunque lentamente hay mucho sargazo y no lo limpian, tuvimos que ir a otra playa para disfrutar de área limpia.

Mucha humedad, supongo que es porque estás literalmente frente al mar. Tampoco me gustó que te hacen dejar tu tarjeta escrita en una hoja de papel, booking no da aviso de esto, pero eran políticas del hotel así que ok.

This place is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Definitely not a 3 star hotel, nor is it worth the money. First of all, the staff at the desk are incredibly rude. Our room wasn't ready for 2pm check-in, and the staffs approach was that if the customer doesn't ask, we won't inform them. I had to constantly ask for updates to which of 6 staff present hadn't an answer. I was ignored. I was also charged twice for my stay. I paid in full 7 months in advance, and no one marked it on the system as paid. Secondly, the photos don't reflect the actual state of the room. We felt let down and catfished, really. Nowhere on booking.com does it meantion being beside a bar. Upon arrival, our floors were dirty, the bath and toilet were dirty, etc. Our window outside was hanging off as it was broken, and the door didn't lock properly. Our TV was broken, out lamps above the bed hanging off the walls. On TripAdvisor, it says a refrigerator is in the rooms, and there is NO fridge it was a nightmare to get drinks and to keep them cold. There's a safe provided and no safe key to actually lock it. There was also a weird smell in the room, but there's no vents in the room or the bathroom. To say we were disappointed with our stay is an understatement. Save your cash and go elsewhere, there's far better options.

Localização perfeita, perto de tudo e do boat (por onde você chega e sai da ilha). Quarto espaçoso e cama ok.

Chuveiro muito ruim, não tinha fluxo de água e ele não esquentava. Como o quarto era de madeira, cheirava mofo.

Great proximity to the dive shop, close to a lot of great restaurants, helpful staff, spacious room with AC

A little noisy with the dogs and the restaurant next-door but with the AC on it was not that noticeable
