It was easy to pickup the keys at the hotel reception. There was plenty of free parking available there. The apartment was simple, but quite new! Newly renovated ceiling, windows, bathroom, kitchen and flooring. The shower was amazing! Alot of water pressure for a very nice shower. Also we had nice views on the slopes. It was very nice that the reception / service / help was all very accessible trough whatsapp and fast reply. All in all it was good value for money.

What we disliked most was that the apartment was NOT at the place google maps nor booking.com says. So we thought we were at walking proximity from the ski slopes, but it ended up being a bit further (but still doable). There was only 12h parking max available in front of the apartment, so we had to park a bit further. We had the 6 persons apartment, occupied with 3. With 3 people it was sufficient, with 6 maybe small. There is a warm water boiler (100 liters), so if you are here with 6 people, you cannot all have a shower in one evening. Also a (minor) thing was that the organization sends emails about the check- in procedure on almost a daily base. Its good to be clear, but this was too much.. Emails and messages were like 2x A4 format, sending out almost each day.

The check in and check out process was very smooth thanks to a great support from Jose. He was doing an extra step to ensure we had the latest road condition info, and explaining whatever we needed help with. The apartment is nice, bright, warm, clean, close to ski lift and great hotels if you desire to go out. It has nice views onto the ski trails and the ski village. Nothing in particular. The apartment met our expectations.

The location, the equipment of the apartment and the fact that Jose was ready to drop us off to the apartment location due to bus delayal.

The fact that I needed to go get the keys from a higher elevation hotel to enter the apartments which are located 2 streets above the main square.

The apartment is simply not designed for comfort. No closet with drawers, very few hangers, no soap hangers, toaster not working, furniture was all over the place,

clean and modern. the beds were so comfortable.

we liked everything.

Best was the duvet and the shower

Window looked out on a delapidated wall. No views other than that. Some parts of the flooring needed replacing. No hairdryer or hooks to hang wet towels. Table had a piece of trim missing. Coffee machine was one that went on the cooker only made1 cup at a time. Room no was H5 which after a phone call found out it was on the first floor, try and find that. Check in was after 5 but check out was 10am. Only window did not open unless you were really strong and the blind covering it had holes in it. No pictures to add colour to the walls which gave it a cold feel. Would not recommend for the amount paid and even charged 15e per day to park. When given keys was told to leave it tidy and do the washing up

Great location, near the chairlift that goes down to the center (you can use it without skies as well so just as transportation), cute little apartment.

It was a little difficult to sleep some nights. The sliding doors from other apartments make noise and some people were up all night it seems

we had to pick the keys up from a different location to the property. but it was quick and simple and we were on our way to the appartment with no problems.

nice views, comfortable beds.

There was no soap to shower with, our apartment was right across the building’s entrance and people were screaming and ringing the door at 6 in the morning. but that wasn’t the worst part. The worst was not being able to shower, the heater was off. when I told the customer service rep she replied to wait another 30 min because the heater took a while to work. it turned out that someone had turned off the heater. the customer service apologized and offered for us to stay a bit longer, but I refused because we had already packed and our things were in the car already. also the parking spaces are tiny and I scratched the car.

The management Of the propeety. They don’t inform properly, they are not available. They didn’t give us the location that appeared at the webpage. When we arrived we had to walk far up after getting the keys. We had big problems to deal with the luggage. Unbelievable. The apartment is far away up from the place you pick up the keys. We tried to contact the manager for help with some facilities and no answer for 3 days.
