The location is very good, the selection of food at breakfast is awesome.

However the staff at the restaurant don't speak good English which makes it difficult to communicate. There was some swimming pool issue during our stay and on the next day some of the staff claimed that the water is good for swimming and then another guy from the staff came and said the water was not good for swimming which made us very confused and afraid of the potential consequences of having been swimming in bad water.

owner used to say hi to everyone at morning which is not something you see everyday staff been supportive and sure hotel location was an advantage

well, hard to say what went wrong but I would recommend to clean and wash the room curtains as it was dust and not in a good shape

Great location. Interior design is beautiful. Food is good at breakfast and the steak restaurant on the top floor.

The staff are really not attentive enough both at the reception and in the restaurant. I made my reservation through booking.com which was treated as an inconvenience by the hotel staff. The details for breakfast and the hotel facilities were not explained to me at check-in. I was made to wait every morning before I was allowed breakfast for the restaurant to call reception to see if I had paid for it. I can understand miscommunication and an error on day one but certainly not every single morning. I had to approach staff in the restaurant to request coffee instead of me being offered hot drinks at breakfast. This is a 5-star hotel for sure but only based on facilities and design. The staff here operate at a 3-star at best.
