Beyond expectations, Boutique Hotel, location 100 meters from train station. I felt like I was walking into a movie set. The interior design was carefully thought out and did the most to catch your eye in every corner. Staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. Would definitely recommend 100%.

The heat in the shower was a challenge to regulate, hot vs ice cold 🙃😢

Die Lage ist super, schön Central. Personal sehr freundlich und ein gutes Frühstück. Waren eine Nacht dort in Verbindung mit dem Bernina Express.

There was a little mold in the shower and there was no top sheet on the bed. Just bottom sheet and comforter

Lokalizacja bardzo blisko dworca kolejowego (można powiedzieć, że za rogiem). Świetne pokoje, śniadanie w restauracji obok też niczego sobie. W sumie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

Proces odbioru kluczy z użyciem WhatsApp mógłby być trochę sprawniejszy. Chwilę nam zajęło zanim znaleźliśmy klucze, ale przygody muszą być :-)

Gut gelegen für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Schöne Gastronomieräume und die Sweet war geräumig und gemütlich. Tiefgarage für Auto-/Motorrad extra buchbar.

Great communication from Losah - from directions, access to the property and a couple of questions we had. Spacious room with a little balcony, just a few mintues from train station and restaurants. Breakfast (had to go to restaurant run by host - just over the road) was delicious and there was plenty of choice. Perfect for our one night stay.

Tudo, desde a cidade que é uma graça,o hotel fica a poucos passos da estação. Todos muitos gentis, se preocuparam com nossa chegada. O restaurante Merizzi é ótimo. O café da manhã foi muito bom.

The style and design of the room are high level. While my room was minimal in terms of available space, all details were curated to the max level. Dominance of white, design decorations, comfortable bed and linen. Despite being a b&b it felt like being in a high rated international hotel. For dinner and breakfast they enjoy a partnership with Merizzi, which also holds high standards in terms of design, atmosphere, service and not least food. Positevely impressed.

It probably depend on the available room, yet if you are not travelling alone be sure you are deeply intimate with your partner cause spaces are so narrow that require good communication and coordination. My room had a relatively huge balcony but probably shared with the next room, so just think twice before deciding to enjoy comfortably the space. For short stays. Big luggages would not fit.

Upgrade auf Suite, gemütlich, zwar 4.Stock aber Fahrstuhl. Sehr ordentliches Frühstück incl., englischsprachiges, nettes Persona, gute Infos davor bekommen. Hundefreundlich.

Die Lager nah der Bahn, aber dadurch keine so hübsche Umgebung.

Poco insonorizzato e in una finestra mancava la tapparella, x cui anche se c’era la tenda entrava la luce

Chegamos a Tirano na noite anterior ao nosso passeio no Bernina Express. A hospedagem se encontra a poucos metros de distância da estação de trem de Tirano e também próxima ao centro histórico da cidade. Além disso, há vários restaurantes e cafés próximos. O quarto, apesar de não ser amplo, era confortável, limpo e com mobília nova. A casa onde se encontra a acomodação também era muito bonita. O atendimento foi feito por Losah, que se mostrou muito simpática e solícita. O café da manhã, incluído na reserva, foi oferecido em um restaurante próximo, com ótima oferta de alimentos e ótimo atendimento.

O quarto poderia ser um pouco maior, pois houve dificuldade de encontrar espaço para nossas malas.

Camera nuova, letti comodi, pulizia, cibo buono al ristorante

Non è specificato che si tratta di un albergo diffuso, la nostra camera era in un condominio con sotto un bar che tiene la musica alta fino a tardi all'esterno (che senso abbia in inverno?) comunque la situazione deve essere nota al gestore visto che alla consegna chiavi ci è stato detto che non sono responsabili per eventuali rumori. L'impressione generale è che grazie al "trenino rosso" le camere vengano comunque occupate, ma un po' più di accuratezza nei dettagli non guasterebbe: mancavano bicchieri per lavarsi i denti, personale distratto.

3* floor without lift, my husband with 82 years old had to carry his luggage , i thought he could have a heart attack. If you are older than 40, don’t stay in this hotel. We payed for a suite but you have only a huge room with no facilities, a kitchen you can’t touch in anything as we were advised.

The room disappoints me very much. I specifically asked for a quiet room. It is right on a busy street and the noises of the neighbors can be clearly heard. The noise is unbearable and it was the worst night. You could even hear the sound of the neighbors flushing their toilets.

La atencion del personal fue de lo mejor, nos ayudaron desde unos dias antes con las indicaciones de como llegar, que hacer, donde comer y gue muy facil hacer todo el procedimiento.

Hotel is right next to the train station which is good if you are planning to take bernina train to St.Moritz. Super restaurant with excellent pizza right next to the hotel - Leti. El acceso al edificio era muy oscuro, deben mejorar la iluminación.

Ottima posizione, in zona tranquilla e silenziosa benché in centro e a un passo dalla stazione. L'appartamento mansardato, per quattro persone molto ampio, ben arredato e pulito. Con zona cucina e cabina armadio.

La colazione, molto scarsa, pochissima scelta. A buffet solo dolce, se si voleva salata la cucina era a disposizione ma solo per uova all'occhio di bue e Beacon. Abbiamo chiesto un uovo strapazzato hanno risposto che non era possibile. Inoltre nessun fornetto per poter scaldare il pane.

Flight was delayed and the staff was nice enough to accommodate my late check in and provide me with a taxi contact that came on time.
