In diesem Hotel wird kein Frühstück mehr angeboten! In der Beschreibung bei Booking.com steht aber noch, dass gutes Frühstück angeboten wird. Wir waren mit sieben Personen im Hotel und hatten uns darauf verlassen bzw. schon beim Buchen darauf geachtet, denn mit sieben Personen ein Frühstückscafe zu suchen, ist mühselig. Zumal die Cafés vor Ort erst 9 Uhr, meist noch später, öffnen.

The location ws very good and we had no problem finding the Hotel. The staff on reception were kind an courteous and were there when we arrived a little later that we originally suggested. The room was clean an tidy with the usual facilities you would expect from a 3*. The provided breakfast was very good, with a wide range of choices. A 'packed breakfast' was also provided for two 'early starts' that we had arranged - very good. Parking was not an issue and there were several free 'slots' when we visited.

The images on the Booking.Com and their own web site do little to reflect the actual rooms available. The hotel has obviously spent some money on modern facilities but they do not reflect all of the available rooms. Just the ones on the ground floor, as far as we could tell. When we arrived we were told, that as we had requested a 'double room', these were on the second/top floor only. Suffering from hip and knee problems, I then asked where the lift was, but none were available, so stairs only. Bear this in mind, as there is no wheelchair access, as far as we could tell. This aspect did cause us some difficulties and although not insurmountable and no trauma, did dampen our overall evaluation of the visit. (Chin up, and carry on is our motto..!) Also payment from UK to the hotel as no IBAN facility available. When you have to pay 'half up front', this can cause issues. Suspect that this might ne the case from other countries also.

Lack of room service, reception was closed during our stay-only managed to get towels replacement a day before leaving (we stayed for 6 days), room design far from the pictures adevrtised, old fashioned

Breakfast good. Location good but information presented online on location does not meet expectation.

remarks. regarding payment. I booked through Booking.com although owners request to transfer 50 percent of money. It was headache to transfer money due to not clear info on site regarding IBAN etc. requisites especially if you are not from Poland. Also international transfer of money cost additional money. Why this hotel/villa don't do as other others did. I provided my bank card number during reservation and made reservations.

no coffee in room no small hand towels. unable to sit on chairs in room due to lack of space. the room was not cleaned for the 5 days we were there only towels changed once. bin in bathroom not emptied no mirror in room. every day was the same breakfast with no variety

Location is great. Close to centre and bus stops but away from the crowds and noise. Staff is lovely (Justyna) and really helpful. Room was clean and the balcony was a great addition. The small kitchen was a great addition.
