Alles war sehr ordentlich, sauber und neu. Die Lage ist perfekt - nah an der Haupteinkaufsstraße-/Restaurantstraße und am Strand
Die Unterkunft hatte Probleme mit der Schranke zum Parkplatz, wir konnten sie selbst nicht öffnen. Allerdings war das Personal immer an der Rezeption und hat sofort geholfen!

Siamo stati in questa struttura con i nostri figli, 4 e 9 anni e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo!!!
L’appartamento ha tutto quello che serve, è pulitissimo e soprattutto i servizi sono ottimi!
Abbiamo potuto usufruire delle bici gratuitamente e ci hanno dato anche il parcheggio gratuito! In più ci sono i giochi per il mare, l’ombrellone se non si volesse affittarlo e la cortesia e la gentilezza di Laura e di sua madre sono uniche! Di qualsiasi cosa si abbia bisogno sono sempre pronte a dare consigli e soluzioni per rendere unico il soggiorno!!!
La posizione è ottima, praticamente in centro e vicino al mare!
Che dire! Se dovessimo tornare a San Vito torneremo sicuramente al Poseidono!!!

The location is very good, near the beach. They also have the possibility to private part on the beach but if you are not willing to pay, they give you free umbrellas. Also they have bicycles that you can use.
The shampoo and shower gel 2 in one, but that typical for all Sicily.

Fantastic location and communication from staff was 5 star.
Allowed early check in and were available for a 5.30am check out.
Could not get a better location for the bus to/from Palermo and had a lovely terrace to sit out on

basically it is good, parking was very good, rooms was spacious, the kitchen has everything you need, nice rooftop terrace from the rooms in the upper level
the location in San Vito lo capo was good, but it was no isolation between the rooms and the windows, that you can hear everything around. at the weekend there was Partys in the bars next to the hotel, during the week there was the garbage service coming at 3am and wakes you up. this time is very crazy!

The residence is new and very intelligently designed. A nice terrace, good modern kitchen. The staff were very helpful.Wish we could have stayed longer.
Could you number the keys? There were about 7 of them and if the were numbered it would save all the failed attempts to open the doors.

Located close to the main street and the beaches. Private parking. Clean and fresh accommodation. Three balconies and a private roof area. One table for the outside eating area and another for inside. Small hob and combination microwave, full size fridge. Good bathroom. Small extras included - bicycle, beach umbrellas. Washing machine in basement. Active street during the day, surprisingly quiet at night. Laura our host was very helpful. Park the car, relax and enjoy… and we did.

very close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket, parking available in the garage, you can borrow umbrella for the beach and beach toys for kids and kids books for the room
it is really family place and can be bit noisy depending on the rhytm of other families, there is a restauraunt next to the hotel and when they close, they take out all the rubbish including glass wich can be very noisy and late

The place is renovated, clean, has a kitchen so that you can make your own meals, which is great. My highlight was the rooftop! Great view over San Vito as well as for sunsets and sunrises. Very helpful owners, many thanks to them for making my stay as comfortable as it could possibly be!

Big comfortable room with comfortable beds, patio and all necessities. The bathroom and extremely nice shower were a plus, also the location is very good: 3 minutes from the beach and main street.
For this price, the room could have been better decorated (looked very somber and impersonal/sparsely furnished)

The fact that we only spent obe night there.
No views at apartment, the cancellation fee was horrible, we couldn't cancel without penalty even a week before. Beds mastresses were un confortable, very small shower enclosure, they advertise as a four star hitel, but it should be 2 stars. They only let a very late check in and early checkout. No breakfast included. We won't stay there again.

The apartment was immaculate and spacious for our family of 4. We appreciated the foot showers for sandy feet from the beach. We liked how close it was to food options and parking available.
Not much to say that we didn't like. We enjoyed our stay!
