The staff are the nicest people we have met! The breakfast is very good. Close to the beach and with a very good restaurant directly across the street. We will definitely come back and would recommend this place to everyone!!!

1. the location is nice but only if you are going to surf or have a motorbike or car. This place is only for people who are looking for the local and not commercial places with lots of tourists. there are no bars nearby so it's quiet. :) 2. Wifi is very bad, but if you tell the staff they will do everything to help. 3. There is no refrigerator in the room.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I wish our travel plan would've allowed us to stay longer here. The hotel was pretty , super Clean and just a 5 min walk away from the beach! The Restaurant was also super delicious, the Pizza was the best I had in years. All the staff is so welcoming and helpful . The receptionist was a really lovely soul . I hope you reach your dreams and trust your intuition girl . All in all I'd recommend to come back if you'd love a hassle free stay away from the crowds still in paradise:)

Good location, excellent staff. When we complained about our bathroom not being clean upon arrival, we immediately received a new room. Laundry is very good, clean in less than 24h. Everyone’s super nice.

The wifi needs a serious upgrade. It never worked despite having 3 different logins.

great location, only a short stroll down the the surf. the hotel is super clean, rooms big and comfortable, all the staff at the hotel are super friendly, welcoming and happy. Great food here as well. Top spot to stay in Keramas, I will be back.

Villa Casablanca was a lovely property that was nice and close to the surf. The rooms were super clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we will definitely stay again.

The location is nice, they offer food and drinks at the accommodation. But I wouldn’t recommend it, if I had alternative options.

The staff was very slow and communication (English) was difficult. Often I didn’t receive help or information when needed. The private bathroom is not airconditioned, as it is half outside. Although there are walls and a ceiling, air and small creatures can enter. I had several geckos, snails, huge bugs and for some reason a whole family of little crabs sharing the bathroom with me. I don’t generally mind them, but always had to be cautious to not step on anyone. Overall not ideal.

The rooms and property were clean and modern, with a lovely bathroom and hot shower. Loved the pool for a quick swim to cool off in the late afternoon.
