Mala atención. Contrate cama supletoria individual y me pusieron una litera. Pregunté antes de realizar el check-in y me confirmaron que era una cama individual. Desayuno muy pobre y escaso. No había toallas de mano, las solicite y nunca me las llevaron, al día siguiente igual.

Les lumières qui s’allument toutes, on ne peut pas en allumé moins, et qui gênent pour la tv, entre les chambres nous pouvons entendre tous les bruits

Proximity to tram stop & airport and 24H check-in make this a great option for late flights to Bordeaux. Great value for money and friendly staff.

My stay at the property was really good. It’s right next to the train station and takes you straight to the city centre. Also after one stop there is a food places so it’s a very convenient place to stay. Good price, very clean and very convenient.

Usually you’ll get a hairdryer, but there wasn’t any which was quite disappointing. Also the last day of my stay, there was school kids staying here, they were constantly knocking on my door at 11-12am midnight for a good hour. I was also woken up at 6am from the noise of children running, yelling and banging on doors and also constantly knocking on my door. I know they are children and I just ignored it as much as I can, but this was quite annoying as I had to travel in the morning and I had only 5 hours of sleep. Overall, my stay here has been good, I haven’t had any issues other than the children situation. It was very clean and staff were very friendly.

The staff Hengki is very kind and friendly, he help me explain about bordeaux and how to get public transport around city. Room is clean, and simple breakfast is good.

The price and location, easy to access,just off the motor way in the direction of the airport.

I arrived around 9pm and the food was finished. There were vending machines with candy and drinks. A microwave meal vending machine would be good.

Great room close to the airport before an early flight. Easy to check in at the reception and to check out by simply dropping the key in a letter box. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom up to standards and clean towels.

The breakfast is reasonable price and content wise.

The room was cold. I complained about it but nothing was done. It was very uncomfortable staying there. The 1st night we realized the bed sheets for one of the twin bed had not been changed!!

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was perfect ie close to the airport as we had an early morning flight. Choice of restaurants within walking distance. It was a basic, clean and reasonably priced hotel.
