Alicia's rental is so inviting, clean, and right across the street from the beach. She was quick to respond to any questions we had and a pleasure to talk to. I would definitely go back and stay at one of her rentals again!

Our family has stayed here for several years now. House is clean and well stocked with everything you will need for the perfect beach trip. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Beds are comfortable. Towels, linens, beach chairs, and beach towels all available. Bedrooms are beautiful with lots of natural sunlight. Very thankful we are able to bring our dogs. House is a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful clean space. We were super impressed when we arrive to see how well kept the property is. Even better, how close the beach was. We took advantage of that with morning beach walks every day. The beds were super comfy. The kitchen was big and was a great plus, we cooked every day. I was appreciative that the host was detailed in what was and was not included in the kitchen , as we were able to come fully prepared. The AC was cold and felt great after a day in the heat. Loved that the listing included the outdoor shower to rinse off. Location was in a quiet area, but close enough that we were able to bike everywhere we wanted to go on the island. Truly the only piece of negative feedback is that the air intake for the AC unit was super loud. It made for great white noise, but we didn't really use the TV downstairs due to the noise. Double edged sword because we did enjoy the AC :) Overall a fantastic trip and we will definitely stay again!

The proximity to the beach was fabulous! It was convenient to run back to the house for lunch or drinks. We didn’t have to haul a lot each time, thankfully. The house was comfortable and they provided towels and beach chairs. I would highly recommend this property.

We came for our great niece's graduation and decided to stay a few days at the beach. This is a great location, just steps from beach. House was clean and comfy. The owner was very nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and the place was clean and easy to get in and out. Beds were comfy and linens fresh and clean, even the comforters had been cleaned which is not always the case. I forgot coffee filters but Bert's store is open 24/7 and very close by. Be sure to read all the pet rules for Folly Beach Beach or the police will surely stop to inform you as they are everywhere!

Such a wonderful place to stay. Extremely close to the beach and very convenient to the downtown area. The place was nice and comfortable. Great experience.

We loved the location, and liked the apartment very much! Very nicely decorated and appliances were either new or in great shaoe!

The property was nice, and the location was perfect for getting to the beach. We were impressed with the recent updates and how clean it was. The friendliness to pets was a huge draw, and we were happy that the property embraced the pets instead of just tolerating them. One negative: The pullout couch is uncomfortable to the point of being unusable. We had to get creative with sleeping situations because of it. I'd definitely come back but only if we didn't need to use the pullout couch.

Alicia was a very gracious and accommodating host. I would stay there again.

Beautiful place

Great location close to beach access. The bedrooms and bathroom upstairs were great. Light and inviting.The living room was a bit odd. It had towels wrapped around all the chairs and a sheet on the couch which gave it an odd feeling and as a result we spent no time in the living room. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances but lacked anything other than salt & pepper. It would have been nice to at least have some foil to reheat things and possibly some basic condiments. Also the walls are VERY thin so when the other renters left their dogs the barking sounded like it was in our place. Deffinately not ideal. But overall an alright place to stay.

a LONG walk to downtown but so close to the ocean you can hear it at night. Almost feels like you can feel the ocean mist....

Right across from the beach! Place was clean and beds comfortable. The only downside is there is no washer and dryer and that was a little rough with young kids. But the walk to the beach was easy for even toddlers it was so close.

Husband and I needed some time away. We ended up having to leave early because of dog needing medical attention and did not get to stay but 1 night. Cute little townhouse.

Location is prime - walk to beach (other side of the street). Price was great especially for a holiday. Amenities were all there. Very clean. Even had extra blankets, towels, and heater/ac units. Family loved it.

I messaged and texted the owner with a request to check out later than 9 with no response. My fault for not noticing when I booked the checkout is 9am. It was no big deal but a response from the owner would be nice. I will definitely stay there again though!

Very pleasurable

From the time we found and reserved with Alicia it felt like working with an old friend. My son and family live on Folly and we visit 3 to 4 times a year. Finally after 2+ years of renting different places we have found the friend we will be staying with going forward. It was quiet, just as described and a 5 minute walk to the beach, just across 1 street. You could see the beach from the house. Alicia has 3 properties in this house and we can't wait to stay in #1. Fenced in yard for our little Winston and so private. Just far away enough away from Center Street to miss the hustle and bustle and close enough for convenience at the same time. Can't wait to go back.
