1) They have a large pool with some floats, it was cold since we visited the hotel in May which is out of season. I would guess around June to August the weather would be slightly warmer and it would be more relaxing to take a dip in the pool. 2) Their spa facilties were amazing. They have two Jacuzzis, two saunas, and a steam room which were included with our room booking. 3) The quality of their breakfast was good, though limited in options for a 5 star hotel, and they have some additional options of eggs and omletes (I recommend the eggs benedict). Not to mention their variety of coffee and tea options. 4) This is the only hotel I've been to where they have a selection of pillows you can choose from. My hat's off to the hotel for this. In addition, the mattress was very comfortable, my wife was able to sleep without feeling my movements during the night. 5) The staff were very helpful and attentive and they allowed us a late checkout, mainly because we had a massage booked at 12 PM. This level of hospitality and leniency is not common with a lot of hotels.

There was both a technical issue with the phone since it felt that it wasn't going through to the reception as well as there being no staff member available at the reception when one of our friends were accidentally locked out of their room. Granted it was around 1 AM, and we managed to spot a staff member near the restaurant, I would expect that they have round-the-clock staff for a 5-star hotel.

I was there before, it is a nice hotel with everything, but it is overpriced.

Overpriced for location and offer.

The hotel and the employees exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious and the Spa area had everything. We had various massages and we enjoyed it a lot.

The quality of the bed sheets. That is a minor detail though that is not affecting the whole experience.

Food is excellent as is the spa. Rooms are very comfortable and clean and staff are all very polite and friendly

i called before to ask for massage they said No reservation needed. when we got at the propeerty and wanted to have a massage, they said we should have booked in advance. not nice!

Friendly stuff, spacious rooms, clean and nice in general.

Spa area is too small in comparison of hotel area. We stayed one night and it was not possible to have massage in wellness, in this case good to have notification during booking to avoid potential disappointment for customer.
