Nothing the worst stay ever in my life
The owner won’t less us checking the date of our arrival no answering our calls or text messages then we find out the day after when we finally check in after a night at another place an hotel actually that the owner won’t let heater working more than 2 hours no matter the temperature outside and inside no matter I had 2 kids young ! Even booking try to speak with them but did face a rude attitude from them. Imagine when you are back in a cold appartement or when you wake up in a cold place ! 2 days after we all catch a cold ! And after they complain about a terrible mess they pretend refusing even to send us pictures in first request we find out that they video tape us on a private cctv with never informing us and not even giving us an access to our personal data. We have no clue about what they film and use theses videos ! Our fundamental privacy rights were damaged and no access possible to any information stoked and their use ou our right to access to them.

Great location right near the beach and beach path. Easy access to amenities within a short drive.
Great shower.
Beds were very uncomfortable and so where the pillows unfortunately.

The view! It was the estuary, we spent time watching the ferries/ cargo ships/ cruise ships

Well equipped flat. 2 free parking spaces. Quiet location. Dishwasher was a blessing and bonus.

A good sized nicely furnished apartment, in a good location and quiet area
Only slight niggle is the shower which is a little tricky to control and the clip was broken that holds the shower head. Was easily overcome though.

Excellent location, host was very good with replies and help. Great view from window. Great kitchen and tidy flat, had pretty much all we needed.
Shower head caused a few minor problems as it was loose, shower was from a mixer tap which was powerful but difficult for my youngsters to control. I found bed a little uncomfortable but rest of family found them very comfortable.

Property needed a deep clean. Hoover smelt, dishwasher smelt and had to rinse aid or salt. Washing machine was broken. No oven gloves. Main bed broken and creaked

The location was good for our needs. My daughter lives a ten minute walk away and another half hour takes you to the city.
It is right next door to a pitch and put course and good walks along the front are available.
After sending a message to the agents we had to make a phone call to Booking.Com to try to get the code for the key lock. We had to wait almost an hour before it was sent via message from the property agents.
I doubt we would visit for longer than a couple of days as it's hardly a holiday destination.

Great location - apartment ideal size for a short break. We were visiting Southampton to see family off on a cruise.
There wasn't an information folder showing local amenities etc.
Some of the cooking pans / chipped plates / utensils need replacing.

The location was great and we were able to park 2 cars.
The mattresses on the beds were of poor quality, the shower bracket was broken so we ended up having baths. There was no frying pan or tea pot.

The property was clean and the comfortable. We slept really well as it was quiet and and the beds were comfy. Plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view was nice and the parking was really good. Although we had the issue with water and heating the matter was resolved easily and in a helpful manner. We would definitely stay again.
We had no hot water or heating for the firsr 24 hours, however the staff were helpful and sorted the issue.
There was a strong cooking smell which we couldn't get rid of.

No instructions to dispose of rubbish. We did find a recycling bin outside. No instructions for TV. Place mats would be a good idea. £200 breakage excessive.

The location of the property, although in a very poor area of Southampton, is right on the water. So this was great. The kids enjoyed walking the beach and collecting shells.
The apartment is within a very low quality block. It feels as if you are walking in to an old persons home.
It's a slightly uncomfortable experience as the property is part of a residential block. And I think it is obvious that the residents are not very impressed with strangers arriving to stay.
Our children were not excessively noisey, just normal kids stuff, but the walls or ceilings from neighbouring properties were banged a couple of times!
That said, we were very pleased to just find a bed for a couple of nights, at short notice, after a change of plan.

This was good value for money. Good location and comfortable enough for a short stay. You can see ships and the beach is not too far.
Can be a bit noisy because of the ships. The closest beach is not that great but you can always drive to other places.

The Location is excellent. Southampton seems to be quite a low class city but the area of the property is more decent and quiet with a promenade along the river which an feel like you are waling the beach.
Amazing to see the huge ships passing by and the sunset from the windows.
Property itself is perfect with everything needed including iron dishwasher and cooker.
Too good to complain!

The location was fantastic in a couple of minutes you were on the beach.
Apartment had everything we needed except a lamp in the front room and was very comfortable owner was easy to reach and sorted out our minor problem quickly, would stay again.
Hot water was on and off could have benefited from an electric shower so when there was no hot water we could still have a shower

Value for money. Good view over the water. Very quiet location. Owners approachable.
Very basic - only 2 dining chairs, sparse kitchen equipment, no wardrobes, no local information, no fire safety equipment/ gas safety certificate, no info on how to work kitchen appliances.
