Staff very helpful. good location for the casino for dinner and a show and secure parking . Good size room soundproofed and lovely bathroom . Excellent bed , very comfortable and quality bed linen. the breakfast was excellent. Unlimited hot and cold buffet, excellent range of hot drinks.

Mercure is a nice well designed hotel. Furnishing of the rooms was optimal and practical.

When we went to our room we discovered that the toilet was not clean at all. We got another room. The image of the toilet stayed in our mind. We haven't experienced this in other hotels not even in Asia. It was not a good start of the evening or for a dinner. We were amazed how this could happen because everything in the hotel looks good. We were a bit amazed that just the next day we received more correct appologies in a way that we were offered a drink as compensation. The desk staff were friendly. But In this case they had to do more to forget that image of a very filthy toilet.

Cleanliness, Nespresso machine in the room, easy access to the gondola (Hospital etc), comfortable mattresses.

The breakfast was very pleasant and had all the elements to please both American and European tastes. The running and walking trails were right out the door and offered miles of trail to the center of Toulouse. My luggage was lost and the staff was not only completely empathetic but also assisted me in calling Air France to try and find it.

The room was too hot with very little ventilation. The pillows were very uncomfortable. There were no USB charging points. The hot breakfast was not hot and the pastries did not taste fresh.

there's no room service as per there's no actual kitchen in the hotel, we ordered some salads they had and the quality was poor.

Stayed one evening, very close to Medipole Garonne Hospital for morning surgery. Staff were friendly, helped with taxi. Room was large, clean, quiet.
