Het was een mooi appartemement met een keuken, slaapkamer, nette badkamer en dakterras. We hadden prachtig uitzicht over de stad en op de etna!
Let op : er zijn wel veel en smalle trappen

The apartment was extremely spacious and beautiful inside with high ceilings. It is located in the heart of the city next to the main square which often had music on an evening and lots of restaurants. The apartment was clean and provided cooking utensils in case you wanted to cook. Communication before and during our stay was fantastic! Thank you

Location
Tried to ask staff about parking and he says “ I don’t know, would you like to see the room now”. I said you have no idea or suggestions to park my car so I don’t get ticketed. “Sorry no”.
They would only give me one set of keys. Might sound insignificant except when you consider that you need the keys to keep the non functioning ac on. But if you are travelling with family and the kids want to go out at night when you want to relax you choose to either give the keys to them so to get back in through the gate or you stay in a hot dark apartment
Listed as 3 bdrms with ensuite bath and another bath. Reality is 2 bdrms , 3rd is a couch in the kitchen and 2 baths were side by side down the hall with 1 2’x2’ shower
Says there is a elevator. What they don’t tell you is that the elevator reaches 2 floors the remaining 6 flights of stairs are for you to navigate

My recent stay at Duomo Housing Catania was delightful. The location, was perfect for exploring the city. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
Lift only to the first floor. Carrying luggage up two sets of stairs was not fun

Nice and clean apartment in the very center of Catania! Location is great, a plenty of bars/restaurants near the place. Authentic apartment design.
1) Lack of cooking stuff: there were no spatula, no olive (or any) oil + salt for cooking (usually this is basic in most of apartments). Also, there was only one glass for wine, we traveled as couple, so it was not very convenient.
2) The living room was really dark, the walls have a dark deep blue color, so even in the morning and midday you need to turn on all the light in the room.

The location is right at the main square. The apartment has an amazing tall ceiling, as well as spacious rooms. We like the style. If we ever come back to Catania, we would stay here once again.
Although it wasn't hard to find the apartment, it might seem a bit complicated to some people, but the owner gives you detailed instructions. So, no negative comments on that.

The location of the apartment is superb - directly in the city center close to all major attractions. The apartment is spacious, has two TVs, a comfortable bed. I really liked the coffee machine in the room, I count it as a big plus for mornings! Thank you to the kind hosts for the wonderful holiday!
Note that the deluxe apartment has a very small balcony - it is not comfortable for smokers and there is no place to stand on it. The photos are a set of all the apartments and I personally had not paid attention to this detail about the small balcony. Nevertheless the stay was wonderful!

Great location in the heart of city and few minutes away from the bus station. Nice side view at Piazza del Duomo. Apartment and kitchen were clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed, not so noisy from the street side (windows closed). Easy self check in.
Thin wall on the hallway side (you can hear well if someone is coming or using elevator at night), balcony without possible entrance (french balcony secured with glass). It would be good to mount the siphon to the bathroom sink, smell from there was bad.
However all of these were small inconvenience.

It did not meet our expectations. The pics did not match what we got in reality. The apartment is too small and every corridor is too narrow so the tight space is not practical but location overall is on point.
We found that in the same building there are various apartments so would be good to ask for photos before reserving. Apparently, they have different types of accommodation.
Furthermore, the terrace was so tiny.

This was the perfect location to see the city center. The apartment is clean and spacious with an excellent view from the window. We were welcomed warmly and given suggestions of places to go and visit. We stayed a couple days before Festa St Agatha and the location was phenomenal.

Cosy place, in the heart of the old city on top of the best fish merket in Catania.
The elevator goes only to first floor so you have to take the stairs another two floors. If you want to cook, they are not enough tools. the pans are poor quality and they miss forks and knifes.
To have a good temperature in the flat you have to ask the owner cause you cannot tune it yourself.

apartmants are in the highest floor without elevator but the view is worth it

Fantastic location. The manager was very accommodating and allowed us to leave our luggage. She was also very generous and gave us a bottle of cava as we were celebrating our honeymoon! The property has a lots of character with high ceilings.
There's a lift that gets you up to the first floor but there are two further flights of stairs to climb.

Excellent location in the heart of Catania old town by the square, close to shops & restaurants. Full of character, with everything you need. Very helpful & friendly staff, highly recommend.

Amazing place furbished with style. Beautifully maintained garden with clean pool, excellent breakfast. Owner was super helpful, gave tips of where to go, what to see.
