La posizione è ottima a due passi dal centro enonostante la casa non sia molto grande gli spazi sono sfruttati in modo funzionale.

La ristrutturazione di questo appartamento deve essere un po' datata, perché nonostante il gusto nell'arredamento e il riciclo di vecchi mobili l'appartamento risulta un po' datato. Soprattutto nei bagni, che sembrano sporchi anche se non lo sono a causa dei materiali deteriorati.

This property was exactly what our family up for needed for our three night stay in Catania. 24 hours before our arrival, Monica our host reached out on this platform as well as on WeChat and provided so many recommendations for where to go where to eat and more. When we arrived, she met us in person and answered all the questions we had throughout our stay, she was reachable And help us make dinner reservations and even call our taxi for the airport. She was phenomenal and I cannot recommend staying here enough! My son and daughter each had their own room and we had use of a full kitchen and a washing machine for our clothes. The location was right next to the Benedictine monastery, and it was easy to walk to a number of historic sites.

It was very central. The area is very lively at night and fun to go out.

Unfortunately, there was no ac working in the hot heat. the place smelt of drainage and the towels were all damp. Therefore, it wasn't for us.

Charming apprtment

Everithing was good

A lot of space, fully equipped kitchen, little outdoor seating area and Monica who is very nice host. Also the location is close to the touristic heart of Catania but still in a local area so one can also see the real Catania. Plenty of free parking is also available in front of the door.

Stairs to the two bedrooms in the first floor are quite steep, no problem for us but could be difficult for other people. Noise isolation between ground floor and upstairs floor is not the best.

Very close to the city center.

The apartment needs a few improvements and renovation. But overall it's good for that price.

House is very cozy and comfortable, and the host Monica nice, full of interestiing recommendations.
