La Clim ne marchait pas exeptionnellement et donc il y avait du bruit avec la fenêtre ouverte Mais l’hôtel nous a gentiment fait une offre sur le prix

Le chauffeur de l'hôtel, Marcelo, à l'aller et au retour très sympathique et professionnel dans un anglais impeccable. L'accueil à la réception de Lucas qui parle très bien le français et toujours disponible pour vous aider avec le sourire. Le petit déjeuner très bien avec une équipe sympathique.

Un peu trop de monde à la piscine qui n'est pas très grande mais relativement sympa tout de même. Le placard était un peu petit pour le rangement des affaires il m'a semblé.

Didn’t like this hotel. Very disappointing

Air conditioning was broken. Hotel knew this but did not inform us. Reported issue yet it was ignored. Street facing room and outside temperature was 34C so very hot in the room. Avoid street facing rooms if you mind traffic noise. Mini bar does not get replace unless you contact the restaurant directly. Complimentary coffee is not complimentary. You pay €1 per coffee pod once they run out. Pool area untidy. Tablets full of clutter and don’t get cleared ; jacuzzi out of order ; used towels left on sun beds and are not put away .

De warmte op de kamer bleef oplopen ondanks dat we de airco kouder zette.

All in all its a decent hotel, but not more than that and the quality has significantly deteriorated over the past couple of years.

The air conditioning didn't work at all so it was alway above +26-27C in the room and very stuffy. in 6 nights the rooms was not cleaned even once because the staff couldn't accomodate our day schedule. The stuff is generally very relaxed and don't seem to care much about the customers across all areas - reception, food service etc.

Leider konnte die Duschtür nicht geschlossen werden und beim Duschen ist viel Wasser in den Vorbericht gespritzt. Seitliche Duschköpfe gingen nicht, Teppichboden auf den Etagen im Flur ist schon sehr fleckig und in die Jahre gekommen.

The hotel is located in a pleasant neighbourhood close to public transport. The hotel manager is an open and friendly person whose first priority is to take care of the guests.

Komplizierte Absprachen mit Hotel (immer hat alles doch noch geklappt irgendwie, aber immer war es kompliziert) Merkwürdiges Bad, keine wirklichen Türen/uns gefiel das Design nicht - Für Leute, die gleichzeitig aufstehen und wo nachts niemand aufs Klo muss, kein Problem. Für uns sehr nervig, da sowohl Geräusche vom Waschbecken als auch das Licht überall hingehen ins Zimmer. Design der Toiletten und der Dusche aus unserer Sicht gewöhnungsbedürftig Die zunächst bereitgestellten Tücher im Bad wurden nicht aufgefüllt Keine schöne Aussicht vom Balkon, dafür der Balkon an sich zwar nicht groß, aber klasse und bei unserer Zimmerlage ca halbtags mit Sonne (für uns genau perfekt) Zeitweise hätte das Hotelpersonal mehr gegen reservierte Liegen tun können, da eh nur wenig Plätze beim Pool oder in der Bar vorhanden sind

Locatie, op loopafstand van alle leuke plekken in Lissabon. Mooi stadspark in de buurt!

Wij hadden speciaal accommodatie met zwembad en rooftop bar geboekt. Beide waren dicht tijdens ons bezoek. Hierdoor ook vanaf ‘s ochtends vroeg tot laat zware hijskraan voor ons raam.

I absolutely adored the rooftop heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. It was incredible! The location is superb, and the rooms are exceptionally cozy.

Service was excellent, great breakfast, our room and throughout hotel was spotless.

The location is good as it is close to the park where all hop-on busses start. The breakfast is very rich there is even fresh orange juice from a self-serve machine every day. The hotel offers transfer from and to the airport.

On arrival we waited 45min. at the airport for the transfer organized from the hotel. The hotel room was smaller than described and expected. The door to the toilet was not closing properly, the magnet is not working. So every time you need to go to the toilet another person should put some item infront of the door, so that the door can stay closed. On arrival no bathrobes and slippers in the room (they forgot) and you need those in order to be able to use the pool area. Pool area messed up and dirty, jacuzzi and pool full of chlorine, extremely smelly. The receptionist not really friendly. During the whole stay the restaurant where the breakfast finds place was extremely cold. We communicated this topic to the restaurant maitre and reception, but nobody took care. Almost every day we have got issues with the housekeeping. They took our dirty towels and forgot to bring clean towels and bathrobes. The reception do not have access to the housekeeping office, so if you come late in the evening you should count with it that no bathrobes available. The restaurant for dinner I will not recommend. Very slow service and very small portions (talking about the cold plate). Guest with small children with cellphones watching Teletubies laud while other people enjoy dinner, nobody takes care. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to my friends.

Everything was perfect

Front desk staff, great. Roof top pool, fabulous, reason we stayed here. Breakfast was great, and the servers were so kind and hospitable. Staff and roof top lounge and pool are this hotels greatest assets. Boutique hotel, small. Made check in and out easy. I chose this hotel because I like to have a place to hang out after sightseeing besides our room. Was nice to have a place to unwind with my family. There are likely hotels with larger rooms and better location, but without the roof top amenities. If you are like me and want a pool even in the city, this is a good spot. Room size is an adjustment, but we were hardly there except to sleep.

Room was small for three people. Bathroom is not completely private so added some difficulty with three adults. We had no balcony, which might have made the space seem bigger. Uber made the location doable but not close to central shops or water. Uber was inexpensive and quick, so location worked for that reason.

Really nice room, the rooftop bar is a nice place to hang out. Breakfast gets 11/10.

A bit of a trek up the hill if you walk from the metro. I'm not so sure about the open-concept bathroom. If you're not intimate with whoever you are sharing the room with, you will be by the end!

Fantastic staff - warm and helpful. Clean quiet room. Beautiful and warm outdoor swimming pool on the roof. Lovely full breakfast buffet. Free pick up and drop off from airport in a Tesla by English speaking driver. Free 1 hour Tuk Tuk tour with a hotel driver who speaks English. Near Edward Vll park. I enjoyed being in a quieter neighbourhood and having a 30 minute walk to the river along cobblestone streets.

Good selection of food, including Vegan, at breakfast. Pool is heated and when open the roof bar is very nice. The room extras such as water and bath robes are a nice touch.

the room layout, with the beds sandwiched between a toilet/washbasin cubicle and a shower cubicle. the balcony over looked the back/garden of other properties. There is a ridiculously small area with a small round table and only one chair, so room occupants can take turns at using it!! There is little privacy if you are sharing with anyone and no space to hang long clothes. I dread to think what it is like by the pool when the hotel is busy as there are not enough sunlounger or umbrellas.
