The apartment was very nice. There was plenty of space for all of us. Kitchen was well stocked. We had breakfast and made lunch in the kitchen and ate dinner out. Upton Clue met us to give us the key and show us around. Location was great and close to everything.

One of the lights in the bedroom blew a fuse. Upton quickly arrived and resolved the issue. But it appeared that the owners already knew this was a problem. The second bathroom had a tub and if there were glass walls it could have been used as a second shower.

Everything about this place was just perfect. The host met us at the house upon our arrival. She communicated exactly when and where to meet. She made time to give us a briefing on the place and the town so we knew everything we needed to know. The apartment was clean, spacious and centrally located. Our 3 night stay was wonderful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay at Zermatt.

The proximity to train station was a big plus

Big House, comfortable beds, cozy living and dining room, great balcony and friendly host. Really good location, Just few minutes walk to Zermatt railway station and photo spot for golden Matterhorn in early morning.

Spacious and comfortable. Only 5 mins walk to train station. The bathroom and kitchen facilities are excellent.

Could be better if we have a microwave oven to pre heat food.

Location, cleanliness, comfort

Great location, a very short walk to the center of town, only 3 minutes to a grocery store and bakery. Excellent host -- Joanne responded to my questions through the website and Upton met us directly at the train station to bring us to the apartment. 3 very large bedrooms and well-stocked kitchen. Greatly appreciate the shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms, which is rare for self-catering apartments. No after-hours noise from neighbors, so everyone slept well!
