The property has spacious rooms and is located right across the street from the beach. Has all the facilities that you would need.

Wifi can only be accessed if you know your room number, so only after you check in and only 5 minutes after you check out. My room was smelling of humidity and the air conditioner was leaking.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, big bathroom, breakfast was good but not amazing.

The location of the hotel is next to a favela and beside the beach there is nothing around. The window of the room was broken and we could not sleep at night because of the strong wind which made the window bang all night. Overall experience is not of a 5 star hotel and price is not worth the value.

Sea view was spectacular, Breakfast was delicious, Gym was awesome! And the pool is fantastic!

The jacuzzi could be a little bit more hot, but it was still very nice and comfortable

We were in room 620. I think there was a small gap in the window which didn't close properly creating a 'wind tunnel' and noise from the outside wind.

Rather 3 vs 5 stars; very basic rooms and old bathroom.

Breakfast and swimming pool was great. Staff was very kind. My family and me enjoy the play room. Room are very comfortables.

The pool, of course, is the high point of the hotel. The shower is delightful. The car park is underground, so then it is safe and protected in case of rain etc.

The walls are, apparently, made of paper. I could literally hear word by word what the guests next to us were saying (or doing, if you get what I mean). The location is the worst. Nothing to do nor to go, in the surroundings. Very isolated. The beach right across the road isnt that nice. The bars in it hummer music up until late in the night/early in the morning. Extractor wasn't working. The bed was like gelatine soft. The phone, at one point rang and, without us even moving to pick it up, went on speaker mode. It was the weirdest thing. The TV had a life on its own, so we unplugged it from the wall.

A new , clean and modern property with all amenities for an excelente staying.

Excellent open location with great sea views away from the hustle and bustle of central Fortaleza. Excellent staff, good facilities and convenient for the new RioMar shopping centre. (If you really need it) Not far from Pinto Martins International Airport.

Modern bedroom on a modern hotel everything is beautiful, from the entrance to the bathroom. we really enjoyed everything, including an amazing staff working at the hotel :)

location. Told área becomes dangerous after 5 pm

This hotel is oriented more for turists however I booked for work and it reached out my expectations

I tried to take a walk at hotel surroundings but got advised is not recommended after 6pm
