the location was excellent and convenient to approach to many attractions. Furthermore, very classic building and the layout of the garden are harmonize on the very spacious amount of land.
Hotel workers are ready to help and know the need of the customer, Nawal, she be was very understanding. I arrived there very early, check in time was 3:00 pm, however she helped me in the room even before 11 o’clock. I could rest very well and enjoyed my staying instead of waiting for nothing.
At the gate, Morad was very helpful also.

Friendly reception - nice room
Hygiene could be much better. It was not clean at the poolside and also I felt quit dusty. But that all I could accept. What I found very disappointing was the state of 4 little kittens in the garden where the restaurant is. Those poor kittens where sick , dirty and hungry. It felt really heartless that the management did not make it a priority to take care of this kitten who needed help. I finally asked the waiter to provide some water and a bit food which finally they did with my help. However you could see that his kittens - living in thier garden - were completely ignored. They were shiverring from the cold while it was warm. A sign that they are sick.These kittens just needed a little care,clean water and food so that they can regain their strength. it would have been great if the management would provide this and make these kittens their house cats or whatever. came across as very heartless and cast a shadow over our stay. Never again for me. I hope that the management will not punish this kittens more after reading this message. I would really appreciate if the management will do something good with this feedback.

Loved the gardens and pool. It felt like a real holiday. The manager Mohammed is charming and made me feel incredibly welcome as a lone traveler.
It was easy walking distance to the beach (closed for renovation) and to one of my favorite seafood restaurants, Le Port.
All in all, a great way to break the journey between Marrakech and Fez.
During my afternoon by the pool (between 3.30pm and 7.30pm), I wasn't greeted, or asked once, by the waiters if I needed anything.
The beds and pillows were very hard.
