Frühstück war guter Standard, Therme ist fußläufig.
Matratze im Zimmer war durchgelegen und das war dem Personal auch bekannt.

Die Lage ist sehr zentrumsnah.
Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung mit Blick zu Kloster Banz.
Jeweils nur eine Steckdose im Bad und Schlafzimmer.
Sonst alles gut.

Very friendly staff, great service and excellent information on surrounding areas. Our room was spacious and clean. Comfortable beds, crisp white linnen and beautiful, fluffy white bath towels. Breakfast Buffet was great too and parking is available at the property. Convenient location to take the train for a visit to Bamberg.

Terrific breakfast,great variety and quality.Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was large and bed comfortable. Perfect for a stay in this beautiful area.

The hotel was clean and has a good location
There were no shampoo in the room, and the reception is open only for a few hours so we can’t ask for it

The owner was so helpful and kind. The staff also were wonderful I highly recommend this hotel. It is not fancy, but had everything I needed and very clean.

Located at the edge of town, this place is in walking distance to the thermal bath and you can easily get there by train or by car.
Service is friendly and rooms are clean. There are some drinks available in a fridge, that you can pay when checking out.
The hotel is super close to the train station and as we were sleeping with open windows, we could hear the trains passing by all night long. Rooms look a bit oldfashioned and check in was only possible between 2 and 4 pm...
