Schöne Gartenanlage, nur wenige Gehminuten zum See, Parkplatz vorhanden, zweckmässige Einrichtung, schönes Badezimmer. Gute Abdichtung der Fenster, wenn die Fenster geschlossen waren, hörte man den Autoverkehr nur schwach. In der nähe sehr gute und gemütliche Restaurant
wenige Meter neben der Unterkunft hat es eine stark befahrene Hauptstrasse, Im schönen Garten oder Sitzplatz war es daher leider unangenehm laut. das Zimmer etwas düster. Auf Booking steht: Tierfreundliche Unterkunft. Dies gilt nur für Hunde bis 8Kg.

Everything was perfect! Alessandra made us feel welcomed from the very first contact and had numerous good recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. Location is very convenient in the pitoresque Feriolo nearby a pretty beach and lovely restaurants. The apartment is spotless, cosy, elegant and very well equiped - including all needed appliances in the kitchinette. The stunning garden with the pool is an extra-bonus! One notices the care and attention to detail which give this place a special flair of “La Dolce Vita”c😉🇮🇹We loved it and will surely come back!

Good location away from the busy village of Stresa, but still close to everything. Very friendly and obliging hosts. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night, and it was perfect for that.

Loved the village of Feriolo. Apartment was great. Comfortable bed and 2 pillows per person was a bonus. The restaurants were great in Feriolo. Lovely and quiet. A perfect getaway.

Well located, 5 min walk to the lakefront restaurants. Clean and well furnished.

The lively atmosphere of the place, the view from the terrace, the flat has everything one might need including a parking space .There are shops for essentials withing walking distance.
Swimming in this beautiful lake is blissful!
It was extremely difficult to cool down the flat even at night .

Nice location, facilities. Small grocery store and a couple of nice restaurants nearby. 2 min walk to the lake side

Everything is fine , we spent a 3 good days in a new looking,clean,comfortable appartment ,just few minutes walk from the lake where many restaurants offering a good Italian choice. Thanks again Alessandra (4 member family plus our golden retriever,Benji)

New, modern apartments, super clean. Private off street parking with electronic gates. Nice garden and dog friendly. Will definitely recommend.

The view was amazing. Nice people and good parking availability. Bed was also nice and the apartment is big enough.
Shower was cold, WiFi was pretty bad but the owner is willing to work on that! :) Unfortunately the apartment was not located to the garden. Be aware that some of the places are located separately. Towels were €5 a piece, bit overdone if you ask me.

Alessandra's hospitality is amazing! We asked for an extra night in this great apartment and she did everything to help us. Each apartment is on the ground floor leading to the garden and has it's own private terrace. Inside it is all brand new and super clean and has absolutely everything you need for your stay (kitchen utensils, coffeemaker etc.) It is 100m from the calm beach. We absolutely loved it.
