Beautifully equipped property. Great location. Friendly and informative owner. everything you could hope for in terms of a clean, spacious and very well maintained house. so lovely to be welcomed with treats - made to trip even more enjoyable. great that there is a private garage and bikes available for visitors. without doubt will be staying at Het Kabinet next time we are in Ypres.

Everything! Location was great - a peaceful side street yet only minutes walk from the centre of town. Lots to do, the whole place was buzzing. Property was perfect and the welcome treats an unexpected bonus. You even laid on a World Rally Car Championship for us! (We thought this may cause us issues getting out through the closed roads on our last day, but it was not a problem)

Feather pillows. We are a bit allergic, but as we hadn't thought to mention this to you, we improvised :-) Hard to think of anything else about the whole week which we disliked.

The host was brilliant, the location superb, the house was amazing and the quality of everything in the house exceptional. The fridge was stocked and there were snacks, sweets, by far the best place we have ever stayed. The host arranged secure free parking for our minibus a stones throw from the property. A score of 10 is not enough, wish I could give more!
