Only the lake

1. The horrible monsters couple care takers, who terrified my daughters. Barbaric and rude. For no reason to freak out they always freak out, mock us and cuss. They are even threatening us and collected extra payment for the towels we already paid direct to Belvilla's account. These couple have no manners and uncivilized. They dont even speak or understand well english. Even if u ask them to calm down or talk like a civilized persons they dont calm down ans cussed us. We arrived Saturday 7:20pm the woman keep saying were closed and she was off, check in time is 4pm to 8pm. 2. Our booking house number was no. 64 in front of lake but they gave us the key in no.84 in front of parking. 3. The dishes were not clean, when we arrived we wanted to eat, but they were left in the dishwasher unclean all of the dishes. All of the cutleries and plates are ewww old and overused. We wanted to use the e- kettle but it was full of scales horribly dirty floating when we tried to boil water. The microwace is dirty. There are 2 tabs for dishwashing so we used one tab the night we arrived for left unclean dishes. For 3 days one tab is not enough coz we are cooking. So we left with the dishes unclean too. 4. The floor is dusty never mop so our feet and socks are dirty walking inside the house. The toilet has no rugs or matte, wet all over after shower, for three nights only one toilet paper was provided for free for 3 persons. 5. There were no available towels but we paid for it before the confirmation. Sent help support directly to Belvilla but no reply. In the morning my daughters went to reception to request for towels but the rude woman cant talk decently she left, the husband came ans asked to pay in cash €18 3 towels for the towels even my daughter was trying to show him that towels are paid already, in my daughters terrified because the way the man talked, they just paid and hurriedly went back to the house.

The area is brilliant for a family holiday. There is so much for kids to do, likewise in the nearby towns. The quality of the onsite restaurant was a real surprise - the food was exceptional. There is also ample ability to cook yourself if you want and we did on a number of occasions. Internet worked well.

The house itself could a bit of renovation, there were wires hanging out of the ceiling (meant to be a light or a smoke alarm?) and the bathroom needs updating. The stairs are really steep and dangerous for small children. Ask for a stair gate if you need one, there were attachments in place so I'm assuming that they are available.
