Host very friendly and helpful. Beautifully decorated accommodation and well equipped. Everything we needed and more. Very comfortable. Handy to have parking and this was kept available for us. We only stayed one night but wished we were staying longer.

Only that the TV was not well tuned and limited stations seemed to be available. Not really a deal breaker though as so much to do in Broardstairs.

Lovely friendly host. Great studio appt with good facilities, make tea coffee etc. Very close to sea ftont. Will definitely be back.

Exceptional apartment which absolutely suited our needs for space, comfort and location. Lovely host who was extremely personable and available to greet and ensure everything was to our liking when we left. Would not hesitate to stay here again. We love Broadstairs so no doubt we will be back to stay here regularly.

The room was light and airy, very comfortable and the decor was attractive and calming. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The welcome drinks and snacks were very well received.

The television was a little bit smaller than I'm used to but then again we didn't go for a night away to watch TV!

The property is very central within easy walking distance of the seafront & attractions. Everything you are likely to need is included in the room which is comfortable compact & spotless. The hosts are very pleasant and helpful.

Pull on access to the front carpark is very convenient for unloading luggage etc., but he road itself is quite narrow especially where other cars are parked on the street. A lovely selection of snacks & drinks are provided, but you do need to go out to breakfast.

Great location and 5 mins from the town and beach

What a lovely little find. Annette the owner communicated by text to say come and check-in early if we wanted to and was there to greet us. Quick show around and then she left us to it which was great. Couldn't ask for more in the rooms, even down to a lovely little fully equipped kitchenette with a small fridge that had been stocked with fresh milk, water and orange juice. Thank you for making our stay so chilled out and relaxing.

Got a little hot in the night but not a major issue, our weather has been hot/cold so I am sure its hard to get the balance right with the heating at times anyway.

A lovely host, Annette. Quick to get back to me on questions I had. The space was lovely and clean with all you needed. It was also beautifully decorated and furnished with a seaside feel. We were in the two bedroom and you could see the sea from the living room. Just marvellous!! Thank you, we most definitely will come again.

It was self-catering but there was tea/coffee/milk/juice snacks all provided. Decor was beautiful - an ensuite bathroom for each bedroom. The host was very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble
