Pictures do not do this place justice. Plenty of room and it was close to the highway and stores. We would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again.

We visited P.C. primarily to see my wife's sister for the first time since covid. We were joined by my wife's other sister and her husband at the last moment because Allegiant scheduled a flight from Rockford, Il. The Regan house was perfect for our needs. The only issues were with lack of paper supplies and both grills were too dirty to use The location was fine with a nice pool and lanai, and we had a great visit.

Communication was excellent from the very beginning. House was exactly as described, a little tired, but considering it is a short term rental and some people may be a little rough on accommodations, we were very happy with the house. After a day touring, the rear yard and pool were an ideal location to unwind and relax. The neighbourhood was great, super quiet at night for sleeping. Management was on top of things from the very start and helped me with issues regarding the TV, turned out to be a user issue! Would I stay there again, without a doubt, thanks very much.

For the price, not worth it. The house is very outdated and the stipulations are ridiculous. The beds were horrible (one felt like it was a box). The sofa/loveseat has plywood to keep cushions from drooping. Very cold and unwelcoming altogether. Won’t stay here again.

We loved this house and the host was super responsive to our question about WiFi. We had no other questions as everything was perfect. Only disappointment is it’s not available for our Easter trip.

Had all that we needed, including a nice pool that along with yard was maintained each week. Towels other supplies were provided. John answered all questions or any minor things that arise. Spacious home.

We were very pleased with the house and loved the fact that the kitchen opens up out to the pool area! Also the big bedrooms and closets. The kitchen was nicely furnished with all that we needed to make meals. Everything was spotlessly clean, including the garage, where the washer and dryer are located. We certainly hope to come back again!

We enjoyed staying at the regan home while in port charolette. We would definitely rent this home again. The house has all the amenities needed for a family to enjoy their stay here. Cozy and comfy home and the pool was A plus. The grounds are kept well maintained and is located in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of Shopping nearby and we also able a movie at the theater. Had a wonderful visit with friends In the area and we visited also able to get to nearby beaches. We recommend Englewood beach which was only a forty minute drive and well worth it. You will not be disappointed! Will be returning soon for sure.

The house is centrally located and has everything you need. We have booked the house for the second time and that says enough; again we really enjoyed our stay!

We enjoy staying here the only suggestion we have is new mattresses are needed. The current master mattress is too hard, we ended up sleeping In Guest room which is a bit better but also could be replaced with a mite comfortable mattress.

With every rental there are some features we like and sometimes some issues. The positives: the pool was nice and warm, house was clean, large bedrooms, location was good only 6 minutes by car for basic shopping, lovely fauna, The issues: total lack of response from the management company, they did not return our three calls, we called about the following: 1. the dishwasher needs to be repaired, we could not use it. 2. the solar blanket is disintegrating and leaves bits of plastic in the pool. 3. The handle came off the solar blanket roller. I contacted the owner twice on other matters and while he responded there was no follow up or action that I could see. The cement surface on the pool is beige and stained so not inviting and the caulking has mildew and is falling into the pool. The cushions on the patio set have a lot of mildew on them. The bath and pool towels need to be replaced many are torn and stained. There are many sheets of rules posted throughout the house, perhaps consolidate them. M and L

Beautiful clean home, quiet neighborhood, spacious, well equipped, instructions and area info in the home were concise and easy to follow. Pool was awesome. Comfortable layout, lots of clean linen and supplies. Overall a great experience and we'll be back for sure.

This is a nice pool home with plenty of room for just the 2 of you or for 6 of you. Quiet neighborhood centrally located to most everything.

The house was exactly as advertised, but even better! It was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Every need for the renter was thought of. Kitchen well equipped,every room had every convenience . Beds were very comfortable! Pool a great plus! Quiet street,but close to all shopping! Had a peaceful-comfortable stay! Thank you. M.G.

Will be recommending the Regan house to many folks. Very nice home, quiet neighborhood, could not ask for a better place to stay on vacation but yet still feel at home. Will be booking the house again in the future for additional stays in the future.
