Non potevamo scegliere meglio! Posizione ottima: vicina ai locali sul mare, nessun problema con il parcheggio su strada. Ci siamo sentiti a casa: pulizia impeccabile, lavanderia gratuita, possibilità di noleggiare gratuitamente telo mare e ombrellone, angolo caffè e biscotti sempre a disposizione . Il punto forte però è lo staff: niki, ioanis e katerina sono stati fantastici . Sempre disponibili e ci hanno aiutato a organizzare al meglio il viaggio con preziosi consigli sulle spiagge. Tramite l’hotel abbiamo anche prenotato un bus per Balos (con l’agenzia locale situata proprio accanto all’hotel).

Gentilissime, discrete, simpatiche e sempre a disposizione. Ci hanno regalato un soggiorno tranquillo, preoccupandosi delle nostre esigenze, mettendo a disposizione ciò che poteva esserci utile e dandoci preziosi suggerimenti su dove recarci e le alternative al mare nei giorni ventosi. L'hotel affaccia proprio sulla piazza principale di kissamos, un altro punto forte per piacevoli passeggiate e a due passi dal lungomare, così la sera ci si muoveva senza auto. Si parcheggia facilmente, ci sono spettacoli serali, negozietti vari e un lungomare con tanti locali su in cui cenare. Grazie di cuore Denise, Pasquale e Flora.

The staff at the Castell Hotel are exceptional - very friendly and extremely helpful and considerate. They are always happy to talk and spend a bit of the day with you and have lots of suggestions for places to go and beaches to visit. When I was there, it was very hot and they even left my air conditioning on after cleaning so that it would be a treat to get into the room after a day on the beach or at ancient sites. I actually asked them to stop because I know it's expensive and a waste of electricity! I was provided with a very large breakfast every day in my room. This is not normal. Coffee, water, fruit, biscuits, etc are provided complimentary communally outside the rooms but I was given service to my room and included salad, yoghurt and pastries. I was in one of the superior rooms but this is not an advertised service. Maybe I'm just such a wonderful person (or they felt sorry for me being on my own!). The hotel is located in the heart of Kissamos on the main square. My first night was during a music festival and a band were playing. I could watch the concert from my balcony! Luckily, they were great! I prefer being in the centre rather than on the beach because it feels a bit more genuine rather than just holiday people being around and other than when bands play, quieter! I noticed that people booked in at all times of the day - 2330h and midnight in two instances - and that there was someone there to receive them. That is a nice touch. No texted instructions and "We'll see you tomorrow". The rooms are large (even the smaller ones - I've stayed in both), comfortable and very clean. There is no dedicated parking but there is always parking nearby, if need be 220m away. But I have always found a space outside the hotel or just along the street. I love this hotel and the people who run it! If I'm visiting in this part of Crete, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Honestly nothing. It's a small hotel on the main square so there is no entertainment provided (thank goodness), no communal lounge, dining room, bar or pool but you can tell that from the description! It's just a very nice small hotel run by fantastic people. There is an issue with local youngsters hanging about the square late at night and riding their cars and the inevitable scooters and motorbikes. This can go on till 2am but if you are a night bird like me it gives you something to watch as you drink and read or listen to music on the balcony and the double glazing is really good and does shut out all noise!

Struttura nuova e curata. Host simpatici e molto disponibili: c’hanno aiutato nei piccoli imprevisti che possono presentarsi in un viaggio. C’hanno fornito consigli sulle spiagge e sui ristoranti. Servono una “prima colazione” gratis così come l’acqua, sempre a disposizione. Parcheggio vicino

Superbe chambre très propre et confortable.

La chambre était très propre et confortable. Les équipements étaient parfaits. Le personnel est au petit soins et c’est super!

Difficulté à ce trouver un stationnement en soirée puisque les rues sont barrées. Par contre, le personnel nous a bien conseillé pour en trouver un à deux minutes de marche.

Sehr sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer sahen genau so gut aus wie auf den Bildern.
