Location to the beach and restaurants was superb.

I need to pay 50 euro caution. Before departure I inform them they we are going to depart early, still nobody was there to provide refund. 1 week later is still not refunded. During the stay is not possible to contact service, they are not responding to calls or booking massages. So if you lost your keys or have any sort of urgency, you are on your own.

I recommend Le Palme. The appartement was spacious and modern. The bathroom big and the beds very comfortable. The rooftop is nice to enjoy an aperitivo after a day at the beach which is only a few meters away. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

There is nothing I really can tell

Great location with an expansive outdoor space. Loads of restaurants and shops with minutes walk. No on site parking but secure parking located just a short distance away.

Our hot water service broke down on our second day at the apartment, but was fixed promptly. Our experience is that generally there is very little preventative maintenance carried out on holiday apartments, it seems that things have to stop working completely before being attended to. The bed was also quite hard to sleep on, this also seems to be the norm. The apartment was listed as having a washing machine, but this turned out to be a communal washing machine located at the front of the property.

We got apartment number 7 and the view is the best from the property. it is worth the money you pay as you can see in the pictures of the booking. Breakfast on the balcony looking at the sea was brilliant!

The apartment kitchen is not so fully equipped they should improve that cause is great to have lunch there with the amazing view. There was only one key to access the apartment and to the upper floor and that was very uncomfortable for a family of 5. I would recommend the apartment for 2 or 3 nights maximum and consider to go out for dinner or takeaway...

The AC was very good and not noisy. Tatiana in the reception was nice and helpful. It was peaceful in spite of being very close to the main bar district and beach, even during the Couscous festival. The place seemed to be recently refurbished so looked nice and was clean.

The apartment was small and not well planned. Even though we were only two people, the kitchen/Livingroom/entrance felt very cramped. With another two people in the sofabed it would have been impossible to move. The balcony is Sicilian style (=tiny) and you can barely sit two people there to have a drink (not a meal). There is access to a rooftop terrace but we could not use it due to strong winds. The residence is in the No traffic zone which means you can’t enter by car. (Possible to get a temporary 30 minute permission to unload the car ). Next time I will choose something less central where it’s easier to move by car, since we want to drive every day to different beaches (Macari and Lo Zingaro).

# Sending the guests in advance a site map, a drawing with the access route by car is necessary - I am an experienced driver/globe trotter and it was not easy to reach. It is needed to pass a check-point (one of two existent and the only valid one) like in Berlin before 1989 to get a permit of stay for 30 minutes - needs to be stamped in return by reception and given back to same police officer at the check-point. For me this is like a trauma of the cold war, but it is local police and administration who want it like this. There is no physical barrier on the street, many cars were driving in the "forbidden zone", but I did not want to risk a fine... Same procedure when loading the luggage at departure - but you already know. Directions are not easy since all streets resemble, so a dedicated access map to be sent to every guest would be a plus! # Like maybe everywhere is Sicily at public beaches, a well organized network of "travelling salesmen" is buzzing you every 10 minutes, pushing you to communicate with them and buy something. This is extremely embarassing and the local authorities shall forbid it firmly. You have no private sphere and with the new COVID19 dangers you do not need communication without a scope ... It is bitter for the owners of the property who realy take care of separating garbage and keep polution away, but can't of course rule the beach... # So whoever is in charge of this wonderful locality administration, please improve the two points - it will be in benefit of all.

No parking, the jaccuzi needs hours (half day) to heat, couldnt use it, coffee maschine in the room but the plug didnt fit, same with micro wave

All the staff's friendliness, location right next to centre and beach (impossible to beat that!), amazing check in process done remotely using videos and chat, nice collors, the gesture of giving a small souvenir in the end.

Daily upkeep cleaning done maybe too fast therefore not in detail, bed sheets slightly stiff
