Large confortable family room, location in Matera, breakfast, staff, view from hotel on city.
Staircase to bedroom was not convenient.

La camera era bellissima!!! La vasca idromassaggio meravigliosa!!! Una posizione ottimale per chi arriva in auto visto che hanno un parcheggio a pagamento molto vicino e comunque la struttura è situata proprio all’ inizio della ztl per chi vuole parcheggiare normalmente
La colazione curata e originale, buoni e vari i prodotti tutti molto particolari e gustosissimi

The location was perfect within the old town close to some of the best view points while being close to new Matera with shops and restaurants. Very convenient parking space 100 metres from the property outside the ZTL zone. Negligible stairs so was easy with luggage. The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful

We were greeted by Savirio who kindly came running to help direct us to the carpark which was situated in a little lane when we were lost on our way to the hotel. The hotel staff (Antonia) were communicative and responsive via WhatsApp prior to our arrival.
The view outside the hotel is beautiful and simply breathtaking. Very convenient location.
The breakfast was awesome and had a good spread.
The restaurant that was recommended was very near to the hotel and served great food.

The host of this property, Severus, was great! He helped us secure close-by parking, gave us suggestions about places to eat and visit in Matera, and provided an amazing buffet breakfast.

Location: in the upper part of Sasso Barisano, closed to everything. Amazing BKF. Personnel sooo friendly and professional! Great advices : trust take their suggestions, in particular on the guided tours and restaurants!

The staff eerr super helpful. They even come to meet us from their parl7ng area. Breakfast was included and had a bit of everything. The room was immaculate. From our terrace, we had a great view.

We were greeted so warmly upon check in and given tips and things to do on a map by the receptionist. She was one of the friendliest people we’d met on our travels through Italy, as were the other two staff member we dealt with later on in the evening. We left early this morning so they prepared us a breakfast box to take away and it was actually delicious.
The location was perfect and the view from the hotel was lovely. Thanks for a great stay :)

The proprietor/ host is charming and very helpful. The hotel is very well positioned to see the sites of Matera and it is definitely worth taking up the offer of parking in the garage near the hotel. Rooms have lots of character

Amazing location! A perfect place to explore Matera. The hosts were above and beyond wonderful, both at checkin, breakfast, and helping us head off to explore the city. The paid parking was well worth it since this is a no-drive zone. We felt lucky to have found this place and would return when we head back to Matera
Some road noise at night from the street in front of the hotel, but overall not a problem.

The location meant that we could park at the hotel yet we were within the Sassi. The view as you enter and leave the hotel is beautiful. The service was exceptionally friendly and the room was amazing.
