Location great. Breakfast great.

Restaurant reservations difficult there. Need to double check this before people arrive I think.

Wooden chalet are very nice, well designed. Location is quiet. And mainly staff are wonderful, very kind !

shuttle bus service is really flexible, just call them to pick up before 10pm. But you might need a phone with international plan.

Bath room has been burned after I book it. No compensate bath voucher for other else.

It’s location, the responsiveness and shuttle service

The promise of luxury but with a budget feel. The spa didn’t work, the bath house was burnt down and the things that say luxury was missing. We had a fire but it wasn’t clean and set to go when we arrived. the furniture was old and dated (not in a retro cool way) the beds are uncomfortable and towels and bathroom products were basic. I think villa Rusutsu needs to decide on its identity- backpacker or quality accomodation. You can’t be both. Check out Koa Hagashima if that’s he market you want to appeal to

Breakfast was incredible. Staff were so friendly

Onsen was not available. No laundry - recently caught on fire so was unable to be used during our stay. Only a kettle, a little kitchenette would have been so handy.
