This is a cute, clean cabin. There are neighbors around but it fairly secluded with surrounding trees. Hot tub was a great relaxer at the end of busy days. There's local places to hike as well.

We loved the bonfire pit and the secluded ness of property. I sprained my ankle and host was super responsive and caring and was able to get me some crutches for the duration of our stay

We had a great time Lots of sleeping space We really appreciated the refridgerator space and the number of fans Sounds funny but in renting cabins before we have had to buy fans and have never had enough space for refridgerator food.

We had so much fun at this property. We have been to Island Park several times but this was the first time for our friends who were visiting from Spain. The loved the charm of the cabin and they thought the surroundings were beautiful.

Into The Woods was large enough to comfortably accommodate our ten family members, ranging from 9 months to 69 years. The kitchen was smallish but adequate and well supplied with good appliances and cooking utensils, etc. Beds were comfortable and there were both spaces to gather, such as the large dining room table, and spaces to get away. We were able to show our pictures we’d taken during the day on the large screen smart TV. The hot tub was a great place to relax after a day of hiking around Yellowstone. Every member of our family thoroughly enjoyed this home and felt it had a wonderful atmosphere that went well with being in this area of the country. It was a wonderful week!

I really did enjoyed staying at the house we were a total of 13 folks from the older adults, mid-range and younger adults and we all enjoyed the space the bedrooms, the amenities it has and would definitely would rent again and again. Thank you Jamie for allowing us to stay there!!!

Plenty of room in this older, but well kept, property. Communications by our host was exceptional. This property has a more secluded feel which is precisely what we hoped for.

A large cabin nestled in the quiet community of Island Park, ID just a 30 to 35 minute drive from the West entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Each of the 2 bedrooms in the main floor had there own bathrooms and there was additional sleeping and bathroom facility’s upstairs. Although only 4 in our group, this cabin could accommodate 15 people. The owner anticipated our needs well and accessories such as cleaning supplies, dish soap were provided. We enjoyed the large family dining table and family area off the kitchen, but the cozier tv area was sufficient for our needs. Initially we had a problem with tv/cable reception and we contacted our host who immediately responded and we quickly resolved the issue collectively. Being adjacent to Yellowstone is wonderful, but an added plus was being 1.5 hours from Big Sky, MT and 2.5 hours from Grand Teton National Park and 30 minutes/or less from Lake Henry State Park. Many local restaurants are available for all your culinary needs. Will definitely have this place on speed dial for future visits.

This was our first rental property experience and certainly won’t be our last. We wanted to time away from our city lives and enjoy time with our grandkids, mission accomplished! With 3 families, 6 adults and 4 children, we had plenty of room. The owners were great to work with, quickly responding to messages, The cabin includes everything you need. It is comfortable and charming, our only regret is not having more time. Oh well, till next time!

This provides convenient access to Yellowstone National park. There was lots of space in the house and we enjoyed the hot tub after long days of walking.

We were very pleased with everything! The cabin was very clean throughout and had all the basic necessities, and more. It was very cozy and peaceful, offered a sense of home, and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. Good luck if you try the “Beach” puzzle....it’s pretty challenging! Our family enjoyed our time here. 😊

The cabin was wonderful! so well set up with a lot of care and personality. 2 of the beds broke. They were occupied by good size young adults. We removed the mattresses to see what happened. There were only 2 slats under each mattress and they were held in place on narrow supports with staples. The beds need more support. We put the mattresses on the floor so it was not a big problem for us. Thanks .

Seven family members over 3 generations stayed 4 nights. Wonderful old house with plenty of room and well furnished for cooking, overnight stays and evenings in the hot tub. This rental was everything we expected and more.

Great location, rustic cabin but with all the amenities and cozy feel. Loved the outside and especially the hot tub on great deck space. Would recommend this to others!

This was a great location for our visit to Yellowstone. We had everything we needed. We were close enough to the park to make the drive each day. We ended our days in the hot tub with the clearest water we have seen in our travels.

We had a very nice time. The cabin was nice and very comfortable. We enjoyed both TVs. One for the littles and one to keep up with March Madness. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with.

What a quaint, eclectic place to vacation. Plenty of beds for everyone to spread out. Nicely located close to Yellowstone. We loved the stay and would consider staying again. We were pleased at how clean and comfortable it was.

Plenty of parking space and close to Yellowstone.It was the perfect get away. And down the road on Big Springs Road was a great little hike, complete with trout in the river and a couple moose!Only suggestions… beds are hard and not very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, except for steak knives… we used the grill for a steak dinner but could only find 2 knives. We loved the hot tub, but didn’t find the lights for the deck until the last night… so some directions would have been helpful. It’s the circle switch on the other deck… looks like a button but it’s a dimmer switch, twist it. Also some hot tub directions would have been great.Great overall trip and place to stay!

Perfect get away

Beautiful spacious cabin with all the amenities of home. The homeowners supply wi-fi so we were able to look up things to do besides the car rides, and hiking through Yellowstone. Henry fork river is just up the road where we saw a momma moose with her calf . We took our own Kayak's and Kayaked down Henry fork River however there is a rental shop right there by the cabin to rent kayak's , Rafts Canoe's. There is an inlet 10 minutes up the back roads of the Cabin for Kayak's , Canoes, Pontoons that is a two hour ride down the river and drops you right at the main road entrance to the cabin. We saw all kinds of wildlife including other Moose while riding down the river. Only 25 minutes to the west entrance of Yellowstone so not a far drive at all considering the cost that is being charged to be inside of Yellowstone we feel we got a big bang for our buck and the Cabin in the woods was well worth what we paid. We did a 3 hour horseback ride with Dry Ridge Outfitters through the Teton mountain range 20 minutes south of the cabin. Fantastic place to stay , central location to everything that hits your fancy. Thank you for the use of the big electric griddle for breakfast makings for all of us. Love the huge dining room table for all of us to eat together , play games , and reminisce about our day. Appreciate the use of the washer and dryer as well. We highly recommend this cabin and hope to book it again in the future.
