Great location and community. WC with perfect hot and cold water.

Many things in the house are broken or in process of fixing such as ceiling in car park. No instruction for TV and kitchen.

the water wasn’t working for the first 12 hours. could have had more info about the area, how to use shuttle, nearest family mart. main town area. it would of helped us settle in quicker.

Loved the rooftop pool. Villa was spacious and charming, filled with enough amenities and facilities for our group. The Laguna area is a beautiful space. Very huge residential complex surrounding you and directly connected to Laguna/Bang Tao beach

Villa isn’t very well maintained. Certain floorboards had gaps, some rooms smelled musty. 3rd floor had a faulty bidet and the sink on that floor smelled. Property was further from central Phuket, and had to grab out of Laguna itself to travel to places

Everything about the accommodation was perfect. from the moment we arrived we had contact with the host and nothing was too much trouble. Fully recoommend and cant wait to revisit Bang Tao and would not hesitate to book this villa again.

There was no water at the property for almost the entire day and after a point the management stopped answering our calls. Since there was no water we couldn’t get ready and go as per our planned itinerary and wasted our entire day

the pool was amazing, but after three days, it got green, We informed the staff and they sort it out the same day
